They absolutely never answer the phone. When I asked a teller about it when I had to go in in person she said they keep the volume down and don’t answer them intentionally. Neat.

I currently have two chase credit cards and two chase bank accounts. I came in to open an additional checking account and after talking to the manager I sat for well over 10 minutes waiting for “someone to be available” I saw 2 customers and 6 employees. One employee was on the phone. This is not a bank that values my time so I walked out.

Went to set up a business bank account but was told I needed an appointment because it takes 1.5.hrs to set up. First available appointment wasn't until the New Year, so I went to U.S. Bank instead and was set up in 45 minutes.

You used to be able to walk into a bank and open an account within an hour. Now they ask you to schedule an appointment 3-4 days out. Have issues with your account and need to talk to a human? You need to schedule an appointment for 3-4 days out. Customer service at Chase is dead.

I have been a customer of this institution for approximately 3 years. I am always very pleased with the tellers at the Woodinville Branch. They are always helpful and friendly. However, the fact that one can NEVER get someone on the phone when you call is Totally Unacceptable !You always get a voicemail telling you to call the 800# . I would Never have opened an account here had I known that I would be unable to speak to my own branch.

This is the worse service I ever have. I went to the chase brand in Kingsgate_Kirkland for simple notary for Power Antony for medical care at 12:pm. The bank teller said they do not have any people available at this brand and she made a phone call to Woodinville brand for 2pm. I showed up 15min early at Woodinville Chase and the bank teller said they don't have anyone until 2:30pm. This is really upset me because they did not keep the promise and just a simple notary only take them less than 10min (i have done this before) beside i had another appointment elsewhere at 2:45 pm. They turned me away. This is a worse customer service.

Went to try to open a new account and despite the entirely empty lobby and parking lot told us they were too full and we’d have to make an appointment. There were five employees standing around doing nothing.
