I rarely take the time to write a negative review, but my experience at Chipotle Woodinville on 3/10/24 at ~6pm was so awful it felt wrong to not warn others.The staff were unprofessional, lazy and apathetic. They failed to drain the beans (tasted like they didn't rinse them either) turning my tacos into a soggy mess. Had no care whatsoever while assembling customers food. And were so distracted chatting with each other that they almost charged me for another customer's order in addition to mine.The only person I would recommend this restaurant to is someone I truly and utterly despise.

ordered from here via GH delivery... food was fine, but i encountered an issue with the items i ordered. i was missing a drink.all i got was an empty chipotle cup haphazardly thrown into the bag... not even a lid, literally just an empty cup. i would like to think the workers just forgot...but it rubs me the wrong way that they would just chuck an empty cup inside my bag and mark it as done.its not a big deal, of course. its just frustrating, and i hope this isnt a common occurrence.

Ordered online, came in and watched them make like 8 in person orders before someone from the back came to make online orders.. 15 min late.

They seems chronically understaffed. Mobile orders come out late. Tables are all dirty. They keep handing me dirty cups. Chipotle has had a major decline.

This is the dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever seen. I have been here once before and it was gross, but I figured maybe it was a bad day. NOPE! This is apparently standard. The employee side of the counter is disgusting, guac, beans, rice everywhere! When they wrap your burrito they get whatever is on the counter all over the foil. Even the checkout area is unacceptable, beans, cheese, and lettuce all over. I didn’t even have guac in my order and the top of my burrito bowl was smeared in guac and whatever else. Ick.There were two people in front of me, one was getting checked out the other was waiting to order. It took so long to check the first guy out that the second left. With no one in front of me it still took 5-6 minutes to get my order made and paid for. It wasn’t busy and they were fully stocked up front.Staff looks miserable and isn’t friendly. There was a used glove on the floor that the employees just kept waking over.

Restaurant is filthy. No one ever cleans the tables, do not eat on site. Online ordering fails half the time. Food preparation area is also filthy, watch your burrito's wrapper slide through sour cream and salsa on its way to the cash register. Place is understaffed, and those working there do not inspire confidence.

Probably the worst experience I have had at a Chipotle. Had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby then when I got home the item in the bag had someone else's name on it and was obviously the wrong order for me and someone else too. I'm vegetarian and couldn't eat the meat in their dish so it's a total loss of my time and money. Called and got a refund at least, but that was the worst and not the only time it has been heavily delayed.Vegetarian options: Sofritas are a great option

We stopped eating in because the place is usually a disaster - dirty tables, full garbage. So it's take-out. But what does it take to hire and train the employees to just get it right? The ordering app is clear. That order is in front of you. The ingredients are in front of you. Literally read and scoop. Two motions. TWO. But every time we order take out, they get it wrong. "Light rice, extra corn, extra pico" turns into a big mac with extra fries and a chocolate shake. And this is not about "you get what you pay for" because come on, almost $50 for two bowls and a burrito? AND A TIP. It's not complicated!

This place has gone downhill fast for a chipotle. One guy doing all the work while the others sit around in the back. Place is dirty, slow, and has now gotten 3 consecutive orders wrong. Let’s hope they turn it around and listen to some of these reviews.

The crack team of burrito artists at the Woodinville location put this together for me. If you can't tell, it's supposed to be tacos. Almost walked out when I saw how much of a mess the place was. It'd be worth a few extra minutes in the car to go to another location.

The employee behind the front counter, making food and ringing up customers (15+)never changed his gloves between the register and handling food. I paid with cash. I guess he thinks the gloves are to keep his hands clean? 1/18/2024 11:50

Ordered 2 burritos, got two bowls missing multiple things I added to the burritos.I jst wanted my burritos dawg ?Was my Birthday dinnerI wanted Chipotle SO BAD but I was tremendously let down when I reached desperately into my bag to satisfy my hunger when I suddenly touched the plastic container instead of a fat wrapped in foil burrito .Currently shedding multiple tears and huddled in a blanket because I have school tomorrow and will starveThank you.
