went into Costco to just pick up some groceries for a road trip I'm going on, my mom wanted some stuff from Costco and offered to pay for the whole thing if I picked her up a couple things too. I went in got all my groceries and went to check out using her card that she gave me, when Laura F, a cashier there started giving me a hard time. she wouldn't let me pay because I wasn't using my card, even though both my mom and I are members, and started to try getting my order put back immediately the whole time acting rudely and super petty getting other employees to help take the order back. It's just paying for groceries, I'll use my own card too I don't care, but acting petty and rude over simply using a different card when I have my own membersship is just plain childish.

I went to Costco with my roomate to grab food, and our groceries for the day and while we were at the checkout I went to go return some products and the cashier Laura f was rude to my roomate and immediately called for a group of people to come and return our groceries as I went to return some items because we were using my Costco card. This experience really left a bad impression on this location, and honestly if this is the way that they treat their members who pay to shop there every year, the Woodinville location is not worth that yearly payment.

Typically I have an ok time at this Costco, ususally the cashiers are friendly and helpful. But today I must complain that the cashier Laura, was absolutely rude and unhelpful to me and my three children. She glared the whole time like my children and I were an inconvenience. As one of my arms were full with my 8 month old; and my other hand busy trying to pay and put my card away, Laura says "here!" In a rude tone holding out my receipt with another glare. She then sees I can't grab it, and huffs and drops the receipt onto my box of food. As a mom struggling to bring 3 kids under four into such a busy store, I do not appreciate this type of attitude. I hope Costco can encourage their workers to have a friendlier more patient attitude. Especially to moms. I don't enjoy Costco in the first place, so for cashiers to be rude really puts a damper on the experience.

As always Costco has great deals but the customer service continues to get worse. The checkers enjoy laughing and joking with each other while hardly looking at the customers. The food court is a complete no go it takes fir ever as one employee seams to run while the others mill around in the way. The self check out is awesome, always on task and tells you thank you.

This location is heavily shopped through because it is alongside a main roadway. That being said, during peak hours, you could get stuck line of cars in the road just trying to get into the lot. Literally a living nightmare when it comes to weekends--and heaven forbid, holidays. Lines are long everywhere: parking lot, gas, check out, food court. For such a large store chain and "big" everything, it always feeds so cramped. Costco is great to "buy in bulk" but it is an extreme pain and time suck to go there. I feel like half my soul gets drained each time I show my ID and walk through that door.

Went there yesterday morning to pick up some quick items and checkout the area. it only took one employee at the self checkout to ruin my morning by constantly hovering over my shoulder. It was very uncomfortable. Most likely won't be retuning to this Costco.

Got to love the fact that this locally based company takes care of their employees. Good owners make great employees! Recently was in Woodinville Costco stocking up on supplies when I ventured over to check out the Barbecue Grill selection. Had been doing some research so knew the Genesis 2 they had for $749 was a great price! Included cover and meat probes! Came back the next morning and bought it. After bringing home looked at my receipt and saw they charged me $999, the actual price. I called and spoke with Cynthia and yup she said the Grill should have been $999 but saw the $749 price tag. They honored the lower price and gave me back the difference in cash!! What company would have done that?!! Answer: none!

This Costco has a great wine selection compared to my usual. It was very clean and friendly. I used the pharmacy and I was in a bad mood but the cashier was so great and she was so kind.

Love Costco, what's not to love?! Good prices, friendly employees, lines could be a bit long though. Lots of parking space but lots of Oriole during weekends. Good selection of items, fresh produce, self check out makes the lines go faster. Would definitely recommend!

This Costco always find out of things far and rarely has the size myself and my son fit. I wish they could order more of popular items as well as XS sizes of womens clothing. Otherwise the staff here is always really nice, patient, and friendly.

I saw this van with a sign on it driving around and I went to the website. I've always been neutral about Costco, but now I'm disgusted. The level of cruelty against chickens that they actively support is unacceptable. Costco needs to do better, and consumers deserve to know when their chicken comes from filthy, inhumane warehouses.

Costco needs to stop perpetuating the abuse of millions of chickens per week. Over 200 other leading food companies are adopting the Better Chicken Commitment to address concerns about animal welfare. Costco can, too!

Any item available in Costco is the best quality/quantity for the price you pay.
