I will always be known as the guy at this place that said he came for jalapeño poppers and left with $600 in assorted snacks! I'm glad the staff got a chuckle out of it. Very easy place to navigate, staff is friendly and it's never really a crowded place to shop in. Easy 5 stars.

I asked an employee if they had any more Kirkland cold brew coffee and he told me that it had been discontinued a long time ago. I told him that I had purchased it last week I received a notice from Costco that a bolt had been found in a can of the cold brew coffee. Why didn't the employee tell me as I still had cold brew here to drink?

Do not buy tires here! They will ask you to make an appointment or come back next day to get your tire fix. This review is for the tire center. I had a low pressure message on my car on one of my tires. I quickly went where I bought the tires, costco. I went to the tire shop and I was told cant donit and maybe bring it back tomorrow. I called and ask for a manager, explained to him the situation, he said he just got there and he would see whats going on then he hang up. I had no choice but to go to the store because he hang up. The supervisor of the front end basically told me unless I have an appointment I will have to comeback tomorrow. By tomorrow I will have a flat tire, I also explained to her I just had surgery and I CANT CHANGE THE TIRE. I was hoping they reserve a spot for emergency situation like tire fix. But it at costco and get it fix somewhere else.

* This review is solely for the optical department * I stopped by a few months ago to purchase a new pair of glasses but had to cut my visit short. I took a photo of the frames I wanted and intended to return for them, but life happened and it ended up being 3 months before I was able to make it back in. The gals in the optical department took such great care of me, asking multiple times if they could help me with anything. I was trying to find the frames on my own but after searching with no luck I decided to finally ask for help. The gal helping me, who I regret not catching her name, looked up the frame, found they were not available in that store any longer but helped me find many other similar pairs, some of which were not out on display. I ended up buying not one but two pairs that I liked better. My insurance situation changed since my last visit and she was able to look up my benefit for me and apply it to my purchase. I also purchased contacts and had my current glasses tightened. Overall, I was here for what felt like a long time and never once felt rushed or like I was a burden to them despite the length of time I felt I took. The service was so friendly and efficient. Highly recommend coming here for any optical needs.

What family doesn't have a Costco membership?! This location is one of our favorites as the household essentials (cleaning products, lawn care products, pampers, etc.) are always well stocked.Customer service has always been fantastic, we've never encountered poor service. If you have a growing family I highly recommend looking into a membership as if it will definitely be well utilized.

Typically I have an ok time at this Costco, ususally the cashiers are friendly and helpful. But today I must complain that the cashier Laura, was absolutely rude and unhelpful to me and my three children. She glared the whole time like my children and I were an inconvenience. As one of my arms were full with my 8 month old; and my other hand busy trying to pay and put my card away, Laura says "here!" In a rude tone holding out my receipt with another glare. She then sees I can't grab it, and huffs and drops the receipt onto my box of food. As a mom struggling to bring 3 kids under four into such a busy store, I do not appreciate this type of attitude. I hope Costco can encourage their workers to have a friendlier more patient attitude. Especially to moms. I don't enjoy Costco in the first place, so for cashiers to be rude really puts a damper on the experience.

As always Costco has great deals but the customer service continues to get worse. The checkers enjoy laughing and joking with each other while hardly looking at the customers. The food court is a complete no go it takes fir ever as one employee seams to run while the others mill around in the way. The self check out is awesome, always on task and tells you thank you.

This location is heavily shopped through because it is alongside a main roadway. That being said, during peak hours, you could get stuck line of cars in the road just trying to get into the lot. Literally a living nightmare when it comes to weekends--and heaven forbid, holidays. Lines are long everywhere: parking lot, gas, check out, food court. For such a large store chain and "big" everything, it always feeds so cramped. Costco is great to "buy in bulk" but it is an extreme pain and time suck to go there. I feel like half my soul gets drained each time I show my ID and walk through that door.

Went there yesterday morning to pick up some quick items and checkout the area. it only took one employee at the self checkout to ruin my morning by constantly hovering over my shoulder. It was very uncomfortable. Most likely won't be retuning to this Costco.

Got to love the fact that this locally based company takes care of their employees. Good owners make great employees! Recently was in Woodinville Costco stocking up on supplies when I ventured over to check out the Barbecue Grill selection. Had been doing some research so knew the Genesis 2 they had for $749 was a great price! Included cover and meat probes! Came back the next morning and bought it. After bringing home looked at my receipt and saw they charged me $999, the actual price. I called and spoke with Cynthia and yup she said the Grill should have been $999 but saw the $749 price tag. They honored the lower price and gave me back the difference in cash!! What company would have done that?!! Answer: none!

This Costco has a great wine selection compared to my usual. It was very clean and friendly. I used the pharmacy and I was in a bad mood but the cashier was so great and she was so kind.

Love Costco, what's not to love?! Good prices, friendly employees, lines could be a bit long though. Lots of parking space but lots of Oriole during weekends. Good selection of items, fresh produce, self check out makes the lines go faster. Would definitely recommend!

What happened to me today at this location is unacceptable. I had to go back the third time in less than one week, because they were out of their Kirkland brand toilet paper. So finally today they got shipment and I was able to buy some. While at the cash register, a woman employee (Sarah)comes up to my side and scans my Costco card again, although the male cashier already did it. She explained, I am able to get HUGE discount, because I am eligible???for upgrading my membership. All it takes, she says, only $35 more per year and I will get huge huge discounts. I explained to her, very politely, as I was at the store the previous day and someone else already tried to talk me into it, but I WAS NOT interested. She kept pushing with her sales pitch, getting closer and closer to my face. while NOT WEARING face mask. How I don't understand(do I look stupid?), how this is a great opportunity for me etc. etc. At this point, I became very very upset, due to her pushy talk and being so close to my face and told her to leave me alone, get away from me. But she didn't. So I asked the male cashier to call for a manager. I explained everything to the manager, Mike?(I am not sure his title), and all he asked "was she very aggressive?" I said, yes, very much so(maybe some people complained about her aggressive sales pitch ). Than all he said, " I will talk to her and I am sorry, okay?!". Like I was bothering him. I have cancer, I am immunocompromised, and this woman employee put me in great danger coming less than 6 inches from my face, not wearing face mask. She caused not just great aggravation with her aggressive sales talk, but also great anxiety due to my health issues. Now I have to wonder, did she infect me with something?Even a common cold could put me in the hospital. Shame on this store and shame on their managers allowing these type of behavior by their employees.
