I didn't realize that this was an "outlet" store. I went in the regular Eddie Bauer in Alderwood Mall the other day and didn't notice any particular difference. As I spoke with a very helpful sales associate, I learned that this store is always marked down, while I just happened to see an actual sale in the regular store... Ugh, whatever.

Employee was rude and made insensitive comments, me and my 6 year old daughter left immediately. I later had to explain the comments to my daughter. Not a pleasant experience. Products are usually decent, but we won't be back.

Staff are friendly. Good selection of clotges with plenty of dressing rooms. Checkout can take a while depending on how busy it is. They usually only have 1 cashier open. They accept catalog returns. Overall, a convenient store.

We were looking for some fleece lined pants for a trip to Alaska. They didn't have any out front but were super helpful and brought a bunch from in back. Perfect!

Spent several hundred dollars here, later tried exchanging a couple t-shirts for a different size, but the manager refused. Never shopping at Eddie Bauer again.

Good service. Easy to find. Lots of sale items (if they have your style then you are golden). They have great kids (and adult) clothes online and you can return in store if they don’t fit. Target and Crumble Cookie are in the same parking lot - which to me is an added bonus!
