Won't work on Teslas. Response asks me for invoice number and experience... Experience was I had a flat and wanted new tires. Person at desk says they won't work on Teslas. Went to Discount Tire and got new tires. It's your perogative to make Teslas a political statement but people should be aware you won't work on them instead of wasting their time thinking that Firestone was an open and safe place for all customers. It's not.

I have brought my Jeep to this location several times for various reasons and the team there has always been polite and professional. My most recent visit I was really impressed with how quickly they got me checked in and Iverson did a great job relaying all my concerns to the techs working on my vehicle. Whether it’s new tires, brakes, or something else I trust these guys to do the job right!

I had an exceptional experience, this is my first time visiting a Firestone for service. The service manager Iverson did an amazing job was very transparent and upfront about everything. He made the whole process less stressful, and I will be recommending this location to all my family!

To the rescue again…I recently had to get new tires as I hit a lovely pot hole on 405 and once again, Pat Harris went above and beyond. He provided me with several options without trying to upsell or gouge me—just honest, straightforward advice.
Since I was there, I asked if his team had time to check my brakes as I knew it was time to pull the trigger.
What really stood out was his integrity: when he checked my brakes, he let me know I only needed the front ones done. He easily could’ve said otherwise just to make a sale, but he didn’t. That kind of honesty is rare these days and truly appreciated.
Pat is a manager who clearly cares more about long-term trust than a quick buck. Way to go, Pat—thank you for always delivering top-notch service with integrity!

Front desk staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always take the time to answer any questions that I have. Whether I’m getting new tires or service everything is always done right the first time and on time. I couldn’t ask for better service. I have recommended this store to several of my friends.

Shout out to Iverson! He was kind, considerate, and extremely helpful to me when I brought my truck in today to have the coolant flushed. He provided exceptional customer service and everything was done ahead of schedule and at a very reasonable price. This was a great customer experience for me which meant a lot. The Woodinville staff are professional, friendly, and exceeded my expectations in every way. They had great pricing and got my car done quicker than I expected.
