Outstanding service! Devin & Teresa have been my main contacts, and I've been quite happy with their level of customer support, real-time communication, and information they provided. Very helpful team. Of course I hope I won't need collision repair again soon, but if I do, I'll be reaching out to them :) And thank you to my technicians! My car looks like I just bought it!

Omg! Best customer and quality of service ever! Teresa and Devin were so kind and helpful and my bright green Subaru looks BETTER than it did prior to be collided into. Attention to detail is fantastic including full detail of car’s inside including kindly reattaching one door’s rubber trim thingy that I had not been able to reattach myself. Thank you Gerber, you guys ROCK! ❤️

From what I've heard quality depends on the location. This location was recommended by a customer and a mechanic I know. I was not disappointed.

Management incompetent, go elsewhere.
Our van was hit while parked. Insurance recommended Gerber in Woodinville. We drop the van off for fender and turn signal replacement. Inspection process was fine. Quoted about two+ weeks for parts and replacement, no issue.
~ 2weeks later told job was complete, take an Uber to the shop, upon inspection the panels were clearly not aligned and the turn signal was out of place/wobbly to the touch. The agent agreed immediately and said they would fix - which had me wondering are they trying to pass of low quality work, hoping no one would notice?
Two weeks later, there is no communication. I needed to call them, they say work is complete (I double check since no has reached out, the receptionist has no record, but agent says it's done). Take another Uber to inspect, and NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE, same gaps, misalignment, wobbly turn signal.
The agent (Kyle), technician (Brendon), and manager (tall bearded guy) come out to look, everyone agrees that it is not matched to the non-impacted side. The manager has no answers as to why work wasn't done, how they track projects, etc, and he starts getting upset/argumentative at me, awful customer service.
Two weeks later Kyle orders an OEM parts and they install over the weekend. The wobbly issue is resolved, panel fitment still isn't great, but need our car back/want to be done with this shop. To be fair, Kyle did express this wasn't handled well (kudos...after the fact).
We were without our family car for over a month (two plus weeks of which nothing was being done), two wasted mornings reviewing incomplete work, wasted money on 2 unnecessary Ubers, and poor communication. There was no understanding or apology, instead condescending, rude, and illogical defenses of their practice from management. I would stay away and go elsewhere.

After the accident, a new warning light appeared on the dashboard. I mentioned this issue when I brought the car in for repairs. However, when I picked up the car, the light was still on. I was then told it was unrelated to the accident, which I find concerning.
And Despite being informed that my car was ready, I had to wait an additional hour at the site for another warning light to be fixed.
I believe the repair shop is more capable of handling bodywork only not the mechanical problems.

Throughout the whole process they had great communication with me and were always very sweet when I called. They were really backed up when I made my appointment, but so was every other shop in town. Even though I had to wait a few months to get it in the shop, it was an easy process. They got everything done really quickly once it was dropped off, too. Definitely recommend ??

My neighbor crushed in my driver's side door with his truck and his insurance company had Gerber Collision & Glass on their list of shops for repair. Gerber Collision & Glass employees were very friendly when I called to get my car fixed. They provided me an estimate quickly and when the part came in, they kept me up to date on my car's progress. They made it easy to drop off and pick up. They worked directly with the insurance company so I never had to deal with an estimate or a bill. But the best part is how well they fixed my car. I can't believe how good it looks. Because of the extent of the damage they had to replace my entire door. They said they would have to feather the paint to make it blend with the rest of the car (I guess since the car is five years old an the paint would have faded slightly). I thought for sure I'd be able to see the difference, but I can't. It looks like it was never in an accident. I would highly recommend this shop for both their customer service and their great repair work.
