Throughout the whole process they had great communication with me and were always very sweet when I called. They were really backed up when I made my appointment, but so was every other shop in town. Even though I had to wait a few months to get it in the shop, it was an easy process. They got everything done really quickly once it was dropped off, too. Definitely recommend ??

My neighbor crushed in my driver's side door with his truck and his insurance company had Gerber Collision & Glass on their list of shops for repair. Gerber Collision & Glass employees were very friendly when I called to get my car fixed. They provided me an estimate quickly and when the part came in, they kept me up to date on my car's progress. They made it easy to drop off and pick up. They worked directly with the insurance company so I never had to deal with an estimate or a bill. But the best part is how well they fixed my car. I can't believe how good it looks. Because of the extent of the damage they had to replace my entire door. They said they would have to feather the paint to make it blend with the rest of the car (I guess since the car is five years old an the paint would have faded slightly). I thought for sure I'd be able to see the difference, but I can't. It looks like it was never in an accident. I would highly recommend this shop for both their customer service and their great repair work.

We have had occasion to use Gerber several times and have been very impressed with the quality of the work and service. This last experience I took the car in for the insurance estimate and they offered to take the car in that day. They offered to arrange a rental - I didn’t need one, but I had not arranged a ride home since I hadn’t expected to leave the car, one of their employees drove me home. They keep in contact with you via text with updates on what is happening (parts are in, starting painting, reassembling). In a time when customer service does not seem to exist it is really refreshing to find a company that goes “over and above”.Services: Painting

**Update found more issuesI had some light pods wires too a switch on the dash which they cut apart and disassembled and did not put back, now I have to start all over again, along with my DVD player. Pulled all the wires out of the accessories and capped them.I wish I could give this place a better review because the work itself is good and it looks great, however the experience wasn't great. I had minimal appearing front end damage from a rear end accident.They charged me over 13k in repairs, almost totaling out my vehicle. Although that caused a great deal of worry it's not the main issue I have. From the beginning I waited 2 weeks to even be able to give them the vehicle, they only took pictures and said it would most likely take 5 days to do the repairs. Judging by the amount of cars in their lot I had a feeling it could be a little longer, but not 8 weeks longer.The shop then got ahold of me and added another week after the 5 days was up because once they pulled the fender off and found more damage. From my experience I can appreciate that they were honest and wanted to do a quality job, but this should have been discovered in the immediate inspection.Then after 2 total weeks they come back and say there could be frame damage, the dash has to be pulled and they have to weld the apron panel.My vehicle was gone for about 2 months TotalThis caused my vehicle to be in their possession longer than I had owned it myself.Again, I understand things happen, but in order to run an efficient/customer pleasing shop you need to perform complete and in depth inspections so the customer has the full scope of the service being performed.The service attendants purposely message you minutes before close so they don't have to deal with whatever questions or complaints you have until the next few days over text message.I wasn't able to get a rental car for this entire time, causing me to spend way more money than necessary for transportation.Overall I am pleased with the end result, but disappointed with communication and lack of care for each individual inspection/customer. A shop should not take on more work than they can handle and from speaking with corporate it seems this is exactly what they do.

I just received my 2019 Subaru Impreza back from Gerber after partnering with them through my insurance, USAA for a collision repair. It looks fantastic, drives fantastic and they did a great job with communication along the way. Their pricing is transparent, and they communicate effectively with insurance as well! Jason, Chris and Joshua are all . Period. Zero accountability and get zero stars in my book. CHRIS knew about my paint issues that they caused and decided to have me discover it on my own. From the bottom to the top of the food chain it was all the same. Trash communication and accountability. Save yourself a headache from these clown who deserve to get FIRED for pulling the shady sh*t they did. Thanks for NOTHING Gerber

Glass America (who Gerber users for their glass service) has been the most inefficient service I could have had. It's been literally 4 months and I still don't have the job completed. Wrong glass, not calibrated correctly, GPS was broken for 2 months, had to call the dealer to make a service appointment for them to fix it, clips broken on trim, been waiting for 8 weeks on the trim and still have ugly blue tape. Terrible communication and I've had to bird dog them just to keep up with what I've been waiting on. They kept saying the next week the part would come, only to find out the part came and went and they had to re-order the part and I had to wait 2 weeks longer! I'd give negative stars if possible. The absolute worst! I paid when it was supposedly done only to find out the trim was lifted. Just a huge pain. Go somewhere else! Buyer beware.
