Stopped by the donation center to drop off a lot of overdue donations of clothes and other various household items. I found the goodwill staff to be very helpful and available to assist in taking my donations. Highly recommend them!

Great donation location! So fast and they take everything I've brought them

This Goodwill site is simply a donation center. It's nice that there is a dedicate center for this rather than lumping it on top of a regular Goodwill. The staff here are friendly and helpful for the most part. Bring in your ride full of goods to be dropped off and the heavier stuff can be unloaded if requested. Before you pull off you can grab a ticket to write off the things you've donated for tax purposes. The flaw with this Goodwill Donation Center is where you enter at. It's very confusing. You have to enter from a specific side before reaching the intersection. If you're coming from the opposite way, you'll have to turn around make your way back. If you come through the front, you'll be asked to use the back entrance. Many folks will cut through the neighboring Shell station to get to the entrance which I'm sure is at times annoying for staff.

Gave some donations here. Easy in and out. Nice place to drop things off to be sorted by Goodwill.

Dropped off some clothes to donate, but they were "closed" since they were un-loading trucks or something. Two guys inside said sorry, come back later, but one was nice enough to offer to still take the clothes.Good cause, but could be better if logistics were communicated better externally. All in all, Goodwill drop off center. Exactly what you'd expect.

I've let this place get away with a lot but the staff have finally pushed me too far. Incompetent, slow, arrogant, and inefficient are just a few words that come to mind when using this location. Covid-19 isn't the cause but it's their excuse of the day.Considering the Goodwill Olypmics and Rainer Region board make up, you would think they had basic skills in management, customer service, business, retail and training. There job training mission is clearly is not something they hold themselves with regards to their employees.

Painful donation process. I appreciate the significant volume of folks that are cleaning out houses right now, but the line could have gone twice as fast by simply allowing two vehicles to unload at the same time. There is plenty of room and plenty of bin space for this to happen. To make a donation at 11:30 on Thursday morning shouldn't take waiting in a 45 min line....especially after having to circle four times just to get into the line!

Very horrible experience here! Many of the Goodwill locations are currently closed to COVID-19; however, this is one of the two sites that remains open for donations around the Seattle area. I made a plan to visit this Woodinville location, after doing some spring cleaning; but I left very disappointed and without having accomplished what I needed to get done. I drove here on my lunch break, and where it's located is a little tricky, if you're following Google Maps. It basically made me go around a busy area of Woodinville, and by the time I found it, I saw there was a sign of where to enter. There was a long line of cars, but I was still able to fit my car at the end of the drop-off line, with my tail end on the sidewalk. Cars were still able to drive on the road, so I was not blocking anyone. And no one was walking on the sidewalk. The employee who was at the line saw my car and started yelling at me to get out of the line! He pointed that there wasn't enough room for my car in the line, since the tail end was on the sidewalk. He then pointed around the corner where I could drop off items instead. Already annoyed with his abrupt interaction, I drove to the loading area that he pointed at and parked in one of the spaces, so I could unload my totes to drop off. There, another employee sharply and rudely told me I needed to go around to the back of the line to drop off items. When I told her that I was in the line and was directed to go here, she then repeated that I needed to get to the end of the line. SO I REPEATED THAT I WAS TOLD TO GO HERE BY HER COLLEAGUE BECAUSE I WAS ALREADY IN THE LINE and she couldn't care less. She just ignored me. Another car pulled up behind me, attempting to do the same thing and told her THE EXACT SAME instruction he received from her colleague, to which she also pointed at the line and responded that he needed to go to the back of the line. WTFFF???This place is so disorganized, but most of all, the employees are so incredibly rude!!! As someone who is trying to donate items, this was a very unfortunate experience, and I really hope that this feedback gets seen by upper management because donors should not be treated like an inconvenience! Goodwill has many positive programs that are needed in our community, but this kind of behavior by employees is unacceptable. I refuse to go to this location ever again.

I was trying like everyone else to donate a few things but the line on Sunday was really long. Unfortunately, three times I was the last car they stopped and told you have to keep circling around cause they could not stop traffic. I finally gave up and called NW Center to pickup ...

So.... We've established that this place is already really difficult to get into. Fast forward to COVID-era when half of Seattle is Marie-kondo-ing and this location has reopened for self-serve drop offs. IT'S A NIGHTMARE.All week, cars backed up to the street.... At which point, you're not allowed to wait but have to circle the block until there happens to be a gap free when you pass by. Do better Goodwill. This is ridiculous.

Not a store... Just a drop-off.
