“Good staff and very knowledgeable. The wait time can sometimes be a bit long but worth it wether you are placing an order or looking for information. They offer free decking samples. This is a huge plus and I typically send my customers there to look at deck displays and samples”

“I just wanted to say, I have been having absolutely stellar experiences here lately. The lumber is always top shelf, but the staff are seriously incredible. Today, I picked up some cedar for a outdoor project - the counter person (didn't catch his name) found the best way to purchase boards to make my build as efficient as possible. Dominic and Joey in they yard, took all the time needed to find the best looking and straightest boards. They even cut some up to the lengths I needed and to fit in my truck. This saved me a lot of time. These guys were extremely helpful, very thoughtful with the selections they made and made sure to take good care of me, the best they could. Even on the way out, every single worker waved at me with a giant smile. It all seemed genuine like we were all a part little community, far away from the city. What a great experience. Thanks Dunn!”

“We were shopping for front door hardware and assumed we'd go to Ferguson. Lo and behold, Ferguson only sells door hardware online. Fortunately we discovered Chown Hardware in Bellevue. What a great showroom! What great employees! Tim Murray was really helpful in the store, the product was delivered in a few days and I'm very pleased with the purchase. In the showroom I handled the hardware I was planning to order online (from Ferguson) and didn't like it at all. I found something I liked much more in person in the showroom.”

I swear this is the first time anyone at Home Depot, Lowe's, Mclendons, insert hardware store name here, has ever asked me if I needed help! I used to dread going to hardware stores because I knew I'd get lost, frustrated, and shamed into leaving because no one was there to help me. No longer is that the case at the Redmond Home Depot! Kudos to you, Kasim and Steve, for providing me with top tier service. You both deserve a raise! I plan to visit the Redmond store more frequently now, even though the Issaquah location is closer to me. It's worth it for the excellent service!”

I came in a little lost looking to get a key made. Diana was zoning near by the Key Kiosk. She was more than happy to help me. The key came out perfect. $6.48 for 1 cheap key is insane! But that's not Diana's fault. Thank you for being a helpful, friendly person Diana!
When I went to check out I met Clyde who was also very kind and helpful.

Prices are a bit high but that's everywhere.

“I bought a trumpkin style sauna and further modified it. I was quite intimidated when the 2400lbs of sauna arrived. I don't have any remote extensive carpentry skills but I have a saw and can measure. Between the instructions and the online videos it went surprisingly smooth. The quality of the materials is very good and the construction of the walls and how they slot together was great. The roof trusses again were intimidating but went very smoothly. For me personally the start to finish was about 3 weekends, but completely worth it. I went with Cedarbrook because of their customization and quality that you can't get anywhere else. At the end of the day I'm extremely glad I went this route, and Cedarbrook always answers the phone and is super helpful if you have questions or need help. I highly highly recommend this company and getting your sauna through them.”
