“Years ago we had all of our insurance with Nancy Pipinich's State Farm Insurance office. I thought we might be able to save some money a while back, so we switched carriers. Bad move. Our current carrier (Nationwide) is going out of business (bankruptcy) and is no longer renewing policies. I turned back to Nancy's office. I sent in a request and was contacted by Natalie Hamilton (no relation). I just got back from meeting with Natalie for an hour. She was SO thorough in explaining everything to me. We went over all of the policies for which she was quoting us a premium and she answered all of my questions. Come to find out, we were paying Nationwide for some coverage that did not make sense to her. Natalie also recommended areas where we could cut our costs. Our costs will go up this year, as will most everyone's. I knew that going in. However, the level of professionalism shown by Natalie was above and beyond and I am glad I made the call. I moved out of state and he worked with my new agent to ensure that I had a smooth transition with State Farm, something he didn't have to do. While signing up with him, he got me better rates and is the only agent to go line by line and explain the various options of insurance. I told him I have no idea what insurance is and I really only have it because it's the law. Jim changed all that. He followed up with getting me insurance for my boat, my home, and an umbrella policy that according to my coworkers, was absurd that I didn't already have. I wish I could have kept him as my agent even with my out of state move. :(Thanks, Jim!”

She is extremely communicative (especially when in need of a quick response), very transparent with rates/additional discounts (what you can do with your quote to save additional funds if you wanted) and I get the flexibility of paying monthly without having to worry about paying upfront for a 'discount' like other companies (if I pay upfront for a year vs. monthly). If you're not using Christy and team, you're probably missing out. I've sent many friends to chat with her and the team and they've all switched over and are very happy with the team!”

I'm a first time home owner with more questions than answers and both your agents excelled in unique ways that generally had me happy to have selected all state as my home insurer... Tracy was very thorough, patient, and off the bat knowledgeable about the intricacies of his field... never made me feel rushed, or set aside for later... This guy is a Rockstar and a clear example affirming the intuitive decision to select all state... people like him is why i don't intend on double dating with progressive when my auto policy expires (emerald member i believe,w/e over ten years without lapse is)...I then had questions about my policy and spoke with Jonathan at hq, no matter how absurd or preposterous my questions were or how much I probably embarrassed him, he remained collected, never making me feel any of my questions were stupid ones... blown away by the consistent quality of agents this place must have to get two back to back with unique gifts... these types of employees are why this company thrives and continues a foothold on the Seattle market! No question about would I recommend All-State... they are the ones setting the gold standard! True keepers!! Idk if you guys do annual assessments or not but if so take care of the young men above, give them a pay bump or more critical position... they retain and procure more business thru their capabilities, speech, and demeanor than you know... don't usually do this but the experiences have me blown away 28/10.... exceeded all expectations!!”
