Wife order a veggie and I ordered the beach club. Unfortunately they must have thought both were veggie, but Sad they can’t figure out how to add meat to a #12 beach club. It was empty when we pickup up but by the time we noticed it wasn’t worth going back.

I ordered a party box for pick up a couple of days in advance. The person on the phone (Ben) was polite and knowledgeable. When I arrived for pick up at the designated time, everything was ready. I added a couple of more items and they were quickly prepared. The entire staff that I interacted with were cheerful, helpful and polite. The food was delicious and consistent with other times I have eaten at JJ's. This Woodinville site is excellent!

Normally have great experiences here, but this time, only after I ordered, the staff told me they were out of bread and were waiting for it to come out of the oven. They told me it would be super hot when it came out, and I told them that was fine. Waited there for a bit, and once they gave me the extra hot cold cuts sandwich, they told me they didn’t have the bread I wanted at all, and this was a different kind. Just bad communication.

My sandwich is great!! As a former JJ’s GM I know how a JJ sandwich should taste and look and they blew it out of the water with both. My pickup was also done in a super timely manner. Their store was also sparkling clean, much appreciated! You guys are awesome. Keep it up ☺️

This place discriminates towards "minority's" I worked here for 2 weeks and experienced disrespect everyday then I got fired for calling the boss an asswhole which I did not the employees was always talking about how you are. Is me and a native girl the only 2 people he talks to any type of way

Ordered my sandwich on the app and it took about 8 minutes to drive there, when I got there it was ready. The workers were very nice.

Never coming back here. Manager wouldn’t give me the store owners contact because “the owner doesn’t really like to be reached.”. This is a privately owned location and Jimmy Johns corporate can’t do anything about complaints since it is privately owned. The store manager and employees are very rude and uncoordinated. They don’t seem to follow any of the order directions. 3 times in a row my order wasn’t followed & the add-on that I paid extra for wasn’t added. My husband verbally double-checked our order was followed with the worker before leaving, worker rudely replied “if the receipt says it has cheese, it has cheese on it” which was a lie. I called the store manager & let him know. He remembered my order but didn’t have anything to say about why my order was wrong when they told us it wasn’t. I asked to be re-imbursed at this point. He said he would do that then immediately hung up on me.

It was my first time in, and Mike was super helpful, it was an overall wonderful experience and the sandwich was just as good as the customer service just perfect!

They were Closed. Its 6:30 on a Monday. Everything online says that they are open. There was not even a sign up on the door. At this point I think the employees are just saying eff it and bailing. I usually go to the snohomish one, but happened to be driving by woodinville. If it had been an even decent experience I would have made it a regular stop. But they lost my business today as I went to the Mongolian grill in the building instead. They have lost my business in the future as Im not wasting my time on a business that cant even put up a closed sign or bother with hours.

I hate to do this, but something is wrong with the management here. I have reached out through corporate and obviously nothing is changing. While the staff is nice and they do their job well, I have noticed several times that they have completely shut down and locked the doors well before closing time. A week or two ago the lights were off two hours before closing so I'm not sure if they were even open that day. Another time I saw the staff sitting outside at a table chatting after they had closed up shop 20 minutes early at minimum. And you have to think about it this way, if you are closed ~20 minutes early, that means you started closing the restaurant well before that because you have to put away product, count the till, clean up, etc. There is no point in having posted hours if you are not going to honor them. And if you're anything like me, it is incredibly frustrating to set out somewhere for a specific meal and then see the place is closed when you get there. I hope this reaches the owner and you get your manager/s in line. Don't ruin your franchise.

Restaurant says it is open until 8pm on Google and when I showed up at 5:15 pm on Friday it was very obviously closed. Don’t change your hours on Google unless you plan on actually being open instead of wasting your customers time traveling here.

Closed at 6pm on a Thursday and it’s supposed to be open until 8pm. Honestly this isn’t the first time. This happens all the time. I have even come at around 4:15pm and it’s been closed. Love Jimmy Johns —-Not this location. It’s a joke.
