“Visited on a random Saturday on which they happened to be open to the public. Super cute, wooded, residential nursery with a solid selection of native plants. While many of the plants are not in top-top shape, if you know what you are looking for you can bring home some sustainably-grown native plants for an affordable price. Good value, I’d say. They also have a pretty substantial quantity of each species, let alone several species I had never heard of before (and I like to think I know my plants). Very kind, highly educated staff. My only wishes were that they would update their signage for consumer plant identification and for how the nursery is organized (random sections of plants not ready for sale or already sold right next to those for sale) and that they were open more frequently (but I suppose I should try to book an appointment). I will most certainly be back! Thanks for the great experience, Shirley.”

“Molbak's Garden + Home is a paradise for plant and home decor enthusiasts! The variety of plants and garden supplies is impressive, and the indoor home section offers unique and stylish items. The knowledgeable staff is always ready to assist and provide helpful gardening tips. The ambiance is delightful, creating a pleasant shopping experience. While the prices reflect the quality, a wider range of budget-friendly options would make it even more inclusive. Overall, it is a fantastic destination for those seeking inspiration for both garden and home!”

“We planned to have our landscaping guy to plant Japanese Plum Yews along the border line of our property. But in November, it was very hard to get about 20 yews at any stores. I called so many nursery places and no luck. And then I reached out to Wetlands & Woodlands Wholesale without much hope. Doug answered my call and he said he could order them for us, and they should be delivered in about 2 weeks!... And the plants were actually arrived earlier than expected. And they were all in very good height compared to their age. Plus the price Doug gave us was very competitive compared to most other nursery stores in the great Seattle area. They also offered very good delivery service. All in all, we are very happy with this place, and all they offered for their customers. Definitely will reach out to him again in the future if needed. Thank you, Doug!”

“I have loved northwest gardening and landscaping since 1983, that's a very long time! Geez, I guess I am old now. That being said, there is a LOT to learn about landscaping materials. This place has the BETA INFO on NW landscaping...There is absolutely no comparison the JOES DARK FINE AGED bark. This product is highly recommended for our regions yards and landscapes because it gives a natural "high end" finish and accent color to the views from inside your home as well as the presentation of your landscape. Dark fine aged bark is a family legacy process that excludes dyes, excessive dark composts and chemicals that other similar competing products have included. Dark fine aged bark is naturally dark through an aging process that produces an acidity compatible to northwest native plants. Layed out in 2-4 inches it successfully hinders the germination of weeds from underneath and propigation of unwanted noxious weed seeds from the surface. I don't know what it is about having a giant pile of rocks in my driveway to shovel into a wheelbarrow and strategically settle them into areas of my yard but I strongly recommend it as a therapy for the soul. Joe's Landscape Supplies has a keen knowledge of lawn, soil, and landscape construction products. There are also super savings on pavers and bricks if you look for them. A cool idea is to make walkway steps out of the 1860 Pioneer Square cobble bricks a super unique antique hipster Seattle yard amendment for sure. Joe...We appreciate you. Thanks so much!!”
