E. was awesome as I needed about 11 samples made for a new room. I've made five trips to this store for everything from emerald paint, painting supplies, paper etc. and is now my go to store. She has also helped me get out of tight situations. Same with Caroline. She has answered many questions and is my go to if I’m stuck. The other employees are all amazing. 11/10. Recommend to everyone and not to mention their paint and materials are top notch. The paint can be more expensive but paying a little more now will save you a lot in the future.”

“Never go to a big box store again!! Even if all you need is some stuff for a touch up, the reality is that those other places will never get the color match right. Sure, they’ll use their fancy machine, but for whatever reason, something will always be off. I learned this lesson the hard way; after four tries or so at various big box stores, I decided to come seek professional help.Upon entry I immediately realized I was, for the first time, talking to an actual paint professional — someone who will take your chip into the back room, shine a light on it every which way, and use their skills to achieve a color and sheen match so good you won’t be able to tell the difference (and they’ll prove it to you). The staff is friendly and really seems to want to help. The mixing and checkout process is quick. I've only tried the Emerald interior paint so far and am very happy with it.”

“Helpful staff. They will let you recycle acrylic paint here, which is harder to find then you would think. The front door is currently boarded up for some reason so you have to enter from the back. Would be helpful to have a sign in front, I had to call from outside the store to figure out how to get in.”

Our last visit (today) we worked with Anthony, who I believe is a manager of sorts for this location (didn’t ask to confirm). He provided us EXCELLENT customer service. Patient, extremely kind, and did what he needed to do to find our paint needed at another store since they didn’t have it in stock at this location that day, prior to that doing everything he could to try and find a previous order for paint match. “The team was great and had a fantastic experience! Ended up buying 2 small pints for some of the colors but they didn't look just right. Over the next two days I worked with the team and they were super helpful. We had a bunch of back and forth trying different combinations, all on the same pint cans for free. We were able to slowly adjust the color till we got exactly what we wanted. It was a fun time and the staff worked with me for over 6 hours as we had pleasant conversations and came up with ideas.Would highly recommend if you need special treatment or want to workshop on colors. “The interior painters I hired accidentally dripped some paint on my stained front door. The whole door and side lights needed to be sanded and re-stained, but I was frustrated and at a loss while trying to match the stain color. The color on the paint samples was definitely not the same wood as my door. The person at Mallory Paint Store suggested I talk to Brandon Krieg who is their outside rep for the Eastside. Brandon came to my house twice with many samples of stain that we tried on the door. We finally found a satisfactory match. He was extremely helpful, and I was so grateful for Mallory Paints for their customer service. I could not have completed my project without Brandon's help.”
