Paul was unfriendly, condescending and used scare tactics to try and squeeze another $1,000 out of me. He talked about how fast my car was so I’m sure he drove it pretty hard. Would not recommend this place, 2 stars only because the service was fast

I recently had my car serviced at Pep Boys Woodinville location and was incredibly impressed with their professionalism. The staff were friendly and the service was completed quick! . I’m Very satisfied and definitely come back for my next service.

Great location - although a little tricky to get into the parking lot. Paul at the counter will greet you with the utmost charm and charisma upon entering the facility, as he sets his team up to take care of your vehicle needs while you wait. Be careful though, you may forget your car is ready because you are having such lovely conversations in the lobby with their other clients. To the two dapper veterans who sat with me... The technicians are helpful and friendly. My new tires feel great. Plus they have a very helpful credit card that has payment plans with no interest for 6-12 months depending on how much you need to spend. I will be back for more services in the future.

These guys were the only ones in town able to get me in right away. Paul @ the front desk was friendly & helpful. Wendell, the lead mechanic, clearly explained everything to me, gave me options, & answered all my questions. Larry the mechanic did great work & my car runs like new! A bunch of old gearheads who care about their customers and do good work! I'll definitely be coming back!

Wendall was so incredibly helpful. I had to get a tire and he recommended I call Pep Boys tow service. They were quick and kept me updated on when the tow truck was on its way. My repairs were somewhat costly but I knew they would be. I felt he was very honest and fair, he didn't try to sell me stuff I knew I didn't need. Very upfront with the pricing, he even offered me 7 month financing and a Pep Boys credit card. They were super quick too. I got my car there by 3pm and it was ready the next morning. I will definately come back to this shop.
