We recently came here to eat and Alaina offered amazing service. We came up to check on our burrito as we were told it would take a while. It seemed as though It didn’t get started she immediately started making our food and apologized. Not sure if she’s been manager or not but if she’s not she needs to be she took care of us checked on us talked to our son made sure our food was made exactly the way we need liked it to be. It tasted amazing!!!I personally didn’t care for Qdoba as much as chipotle before. We live in Bellevue my husband and I have will gladly drive to Woodinville for her service. Thank you Alaina ?

Never really had an issue here but the reviews on the customer service were true. Ive seen the manger yell at delivery drivers for grabbing the wrong order which makes sense but shouldn’t be in-front of customer but. The portion is hit or miss one the ladies barley gives out meat or beans

The food is better and the place is much cleaner since the recent staff/management changes. Kudos to the interim manager. When she's there, it's a completely different level of service and food. When she's not? Maybe too early to tell. Hopefully, the new manager and crew can maintain it!

Originally came into this restaurant, looking for dinner, when the guy took our order, he said that they were out of most things, and then later, a lady came out and restocked some of those items after we had ordered. My pregnant girlfriend really wanted to Birria but instead she was stuck getting cold. Leftover steak from the bottom of the pan. There was only one guy working, the rest of them were just sitting there, staring at him. The employee was so overwhelmed by the amount of people, and the lack of health that he got that he ended up buying everybody in line a drink. Probably my worst experience I’ve ever had coming into a Qdoba and I’ve had multiple poor experiences.

Really disappointed and dissatisfied with my qdoba visit! I used to be a big fan but have noticed a significant decline in quality of food and service. Either it’s missing or lack of service.

This is literally the worst QDOBA location I can think of. Always missing something when I order delivery, but this time I asked for extra beef and they forgot to put ANY beef in my bowl. Paid almost 5 dollars for extra beef and got none.

I have come here twice the last two weeks.I usually get a steak quesadilla. The food and portion was good. I always ask for the quesadilla to be extra melty. Each time I went, the team member cooked it as requested and tasted as I had wanted it.So why the three star rating? I'm not sure if it is staff, management, or corporate but the last two times, I could not get a receipt.In one case, I was trying to redeem rewards from my visit and was then told if they could not print a receipt, I could not redeem rewards. I have reached out to corporate to resolve that. What I would have thought would be a one day easy redemption took 3 days to respond. Corporate then asks for my feedback regarding that contact when they have not resolved the issue.I went in this last week and once again, receipt won't print. The staff are using a grocery store's bags for takeout. I do not know what is going on but I'm a bit concerned because QDOBA is a go to place and would like for this location to be successful but these last two times will have me frequenting other locations for lunch.

I dont normally leave reviews, but today I'm upset. My kiddo loves to eat at Qdoba, we ordered the 2 tacos kids meal, and we were not allowed to choose the toppings/sides, we only chose the meat and type of tortillas. The employee said the toppings he gave us were the standard for all kids meals. In the screenshots I attached from the app you can see the different options you can choose from. Why not let a child choose their own toppins? No idea this is our go to meal, so we know we should be allowed to choose the toppings Their service is not bad but it's not the best either, I would recommend to order online instead if you can, they take a long time to take your order. The food is not always fresh, the meat looks dry like it has been out for some time. I think the only reason the place is still running is because of the location. I will avoid this location from now on.
