They almost consistantly cause problems for a very simple prescription, my doctor orders a 90 day dosage, they refused to fill the prescription for more that 30 days. Then after a few months, it is now okay for them to fill it for 90 days as prescribed by my doctor. Their texting service claims my prescription is ready, when I go in it is not, and they need to contact my doctor. The last time I paid for my drugs, is cost under $12 or so. This time they charged me $50. I gave them my GoodRx account and according to GoodRx the cost should be around $12. I feel ripped off. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. They are not worth of it.

This is regarding the unprofessional pharmacy. Went to get our RSV vaccine as walk-ins. No customers present, plenty of online appts. and walk-ins accepted as per website. Staff behind pharmacy counter greeted us with a sucker in her mouth (!?!) as another person in back complained about working alone that evening. We were given a clipboard with form to complete for immunization. A person in back said no, there are no walk-ins, we must schedule on line -- we could take a seat, log in on our phone and go through the scheduling / registration process. Needless to say we walked out (primarily due to unprofessional behavior) and drove to a different pharmacy where we experienced professional and helpful staff service. We will NEVER return to Rite Aid or any pharmacy that handles something important as medications, vaccinations, etc. with such unprofessional behavior and a lack of customer service. Note: Contacted 1-800 RiteAid customer service who apologized and gave some excuse for the store website indicating walk-ins accepted, and acknowledged staff behavior was not acceptable. We were told told we would hear from the DISTRICT/REGIONAL RITE AID PHARMACY manager. Never heard from pharmacy manager, however, STORE manager called and listened and apologized, however, I may be wrong, but I don't believe store manager oversees pharmacy. Nevertheless, as i told the store manager we wont return. Ever.

Really bad customer service from the pharmacist. She filled my rx incorrectly then got argumentative and mean, and told me to go somewhere else. She tried to make up an excuse but it didn't make sense, she was obviously lying. I've never been treated this poorly in my life. This place is horrible! I recommend not using them. I will never come back here even if they paid me.

I've received top-notch pharmacy service at this Woodinville, WA location for thirty-one years - knowledgeable, professional and engaging - all qualities much appreciated by a retired professional. Fred Lippert

Stopped by for some shoe insoles and received such good customer service I left with floss and some prints! The first associate showed me how to use the photo kiosk and almost instantly got my prints. The quality is to be expected with the speed but regardless it's an awesome feature. The second associate was helping customers quickly while also delivering great customer service. Both associates customer service skills were worth noting about! Be sure to stop by if you're in the area for sure!

Rite Aid corporate mishandled my covid-19 booster appointment with this store.First my original appointment was rescheduled by a week to an inconvenient time. I contacted Rite Aid to try book a different time and day and they did not check the month, so whereas my original appointment was in September the new one was a month later in October.I visited the store during the 2-3pm walk-ins accepted time quoted by corporate. Not only were they not accepting walk-ins, but in trying to organize a sooner appointment at the pharmacist window, the Rite Aid staff again did not check the month. Added insult to injury.Their incompetence is borderline criminal. I will not visit a Rite Aid for any purpose, because I cannot trust them to read a calendar let alone ensure I get the right prescription.Update:I contacted Rite Aid via email. Their support team does not seem motivated to resolve the issues I reported.

I called the pharmacies to ask for my prescription and they said they close at 1:30 and it was 1:27. I told her I was outside the doors so I walk in to the pharmacy and they had the windows closed so I ask for service and they denied. horrible service that’s really unprofessional they should not play with our time.

I have been going to Rite Aid for years for my prescriptions but every time I call lately, they are so rude on the phone. I work in health care and I understand the staff storage and being over worked but that isn't an excuse for people to be SO rude at their Pharmacy

Came in on a Friday morning. Asked an employee by the name of Randa if they carried detox drinks. I was greeted with an unwelcoming and judgmental “no”, to which I responded “I’ve seen them in other rite aids” she then assured me they didn’t carry any such thing. I walked around the corner and found them myself. When I politely tried to show her where they were so she could more accurately help others in the future I was ignored. Rude.

1/13/23- 5 PM.Had a horrible experience with the pharmacists at this location. They were rude and unprofessional. The first part of this story is no fault to RiteAid but I feel it’s an important detail. I had an appointment at CVS to get a covid booster. I showed up and the guy told me they had run out of boosters and someone forgot to order more. Ok, we’re all human and mistakes happen. I figured since I already took work off early and took the next day off for recovery, I would try RiteAid instead.I first went to the pharmacy website for this location, and saw that they would not let me schedule an appointment the day of. I tried calling multiple times and no one answered the phone. I was just down the street so I decided to try a walk in, just in case they were able to give me the booster. I walked up to the pharmacist and she asked if I was here for a pickup.“No, I was actually wondering if you have time for a walk in covid booster.”She proceeds to furrow her brow and look me up and down. “Vaccines are by appointment only.” She spits the words out like I’ve asked her to do something completely unfathomable.I try to keep my cool and be understanding. I’ve worked in varying customer service jobs and I know how it can be so I never want to come off as a rude customer.I say, “oh ok! I saw on the website that you can always try a walk in if there’s no appointments.”The other male pharmacist (or maybe a technician) yells out “BY AVAILABILITY.”The woman pharmacist then tells me I can book the next appointment for tonight, in 20 minutes or “whatever.”I tell her I already tried that, but the website doesn’t allow me to book an appointment for tonight. I can tell that they think I’m inconsiderate or something, and I started feeling bad for trying to walk in. I explain that I had an appointment at CVS, but they ran out of vaccines! She goes, “well that’s why we like for people to make appointments instead of walking in.”Then she tells me I can make an appointment for tomorrow.??So they have the vaccines on hand (unlike CVS) and they seem to have the availability, but I’m being refused? Ok???Keep in mind, this was 5 pm (they close at 8 pm) and there were no other customers around to be helped. I know they have a ton of work to do that’s not customer facing, but they didn’t appear to be busy in any way. I wasn’t even expecting a yes to my original question, which was do you HAVE TIME to give me a booster? If they had said no I would have understood. But I do not appreciate the attitude. It was completely unnecessary and so disappointing. I definitely will NOT be visiting this location again. I wish I would have gotten these employees names, but I was too uncomfortable to stay any longer. I thanked them and left.
