Always had a good experience. They send a reminder message, refill quickly and update once it's ready.

Great staff. Been coming here for over 3 years and very happy. Long hours too!

Staff are always polite and helpful. 1 star deducted for the phone issues, but I blame corporate and not the pharmacy staff for that. I appreciate that refills through text work great. And of course being able to grab your groceries too is really convenient.I've also had great experiences with their vaccinations, easy to schedule on the website, in and out!

I have been using this pharmacy for over 20 years. They provide great customer service and have my prescription ready to go.

Would give zero stars if I could. They never answer the phone, voicemail box isn't available because and "operator is not available" tried to call customer service and the woman was rude and would not tell the pharmacy that their voicemail box wont accept messages... The providers office was not ablet to speak with anyone and I had to have the whole thing resent to a different pharmacy because I couldn't get my medications. Patient drove to the pharmacy to talk with them and there were SIX people working. DO BETTER.

This pharmacy is terrible! Every time I have to pickup my prescription it takes forever. There might only be a couple of people ahead in line but it takes 20+ minutes to get to the counter. How is this possible? It makes no sense. Not only that, but the staff are not friendly at all. My husband and I stopped going to this pharmacy years ago, but my husband’s doctor mistakenly sent one of his prescription there recently. After years, they’re still terrible as ever. I would give them zero stars if I could.

On most days there is no one to pickup the phone. You might need to talk with a pharmacist today. This might be very urgent for you and you are not mobile. Perhaps your prescription was faxed in but never filled (common). You can call all day long from open to close and no one will pickup. To get a prescription right after major back surgery I had to Uber over from the hospital recovery room groggy with 20 stitches in my back cause no one can pick up the phone to fill my prescription. Too be fair these pharmacies are stretched thin. Unfortunately this has been on going for over 6 months at woodinville pharmacy. I have recommended suggestions ie texting or fixed time calling. Their reply was that I should write corporate. These are good people however the service is absymal.

This place is great, I love it here. No pharmacy answers their phone and if they did, then they would not be able to service the people there right in front of them. Stop by or make a trip, stand in line and wait for some help, it is usually quick - on the way out I get some groceries - it couldn't be more convenient. I regret all the time and frustration spent at traditional big name pharmacies, this has been far less stressful and quick.

Extremely rude guy at the pharmacy named Jorge. Came at around 5 pm for vaccine and the guy was like come tomorrow. I asked that the timing says 6pm, he simply seem to not care and just kept on saying come tomorrow. He should have the decency to explain why 5 pm is late for him when the hours are until 6 pm. Will never come here again even for grocery. My business should be at a place where people are nice

Their phones are definitely broken but the people who work here are nice and genuinely care. I've always had better experiences here than the Walgreens across the street.

Called them 5 times no response. Showed up in person to get my meds and they said 45 minute wait. This was for meds after a visit to the Ed so very frustrating. Have had many issues with this place being too busy and behind. They obviously are severely under staffed

Okay, I've given this pharmacy more than enough patience and grace to get it together. Mostly for 2 reasons: 1) Sam. For a long time, it seemed he was the only employee serving customers, so I never dealt with anyone but him. He's SO kind and helpful. It doesn't seem like he's around as much lately, though. 2) There was a brief period when we had a flawless system, where I would call to manually request refills of the meds that needed manual refill requests, and then they would all be ready for pickup when I was home for my one day off before hitting the road again, or else I would send a family member to pick them up for me. It was perfect. But about a year and a half ago (!!!), their phone line *seemed* to stop working. It just rings and rings, and then eventually lets you into the back end system to enter your code. No way to leave a message or request a refill. The first time this happened, I called the store's main line and had them run a message back to the pharmacy. This did no good at all. No one called me back, and my refill request was not fulfilled. So I could no longer request refills from the road, and would have to have a family member go in person and wait in line to manually do it, and then either wait around for it to be ready, or come back for it another day. That is a lot to ask of someone else to do for you on a regular basis. When I next came in, I mentioned the phone lines, and was told they had heard that there was an issue, but they didn't know what it was. That conversation was more than a year ago. I am now home full time, but due to a mobility disability that makes it really difficult and painful to walk into the store just to request a refill. I still try to call, but have only reached a live person like 4 times since this phone issue started a year and a half ago. More than 2 weeks ago, I had been calling on and off all day without anyone answering. Finally, in the last few minutes before they closed, I called 3 times in a row. With one minute to spare, on the third try, someone answered the phone. He did not identify himself, and he was SO rude. But he took my refill request. Since the medication has a nationwide shortage, he put me on hold to see if they had it, then returned and told me he could and would fill it. He did not. And since then, they still have not filled it. I call on and off every day, and no one ever answers. So I crawled down here today. There is a line that I knew I physically could not have handled standing in. Since I only have a question, I have already stood in line multiple times just to ask this simple question they could answer for me on the phone, and because I'm freaking disabled, I approached the disabled window. The guy working today (I don't know/recognize him. He's not Sam or TJ. It is Sunday, if that helps) is very rude, and is blatantly ignoring me. He had come over to the window next to mine twice to help others who approached, but then would just look pointedly at me and walk away. Because of severe pain, I finally sat in the chair provided at the handicap window, and I wrote this review. So the time it took me to chicken peck this whole thing out on my phone is how long I have been ignored at the handicap window, and that is after I sat down after several minutes of standing and being intentionally disregarded. How is any of this acceptable?! It just isn't. I'm pretty sure accessibility is a legal issue, and they are not accessible.

I have had the worst customer service from the pharmacy. I have called multiple times and nobody picks up. I have left multiple messages and nobody calls back. I have had to find ways to the store just to get answers yet nobody can tell me who the manager is. I've left my number for someone to call me and nobody ever does. I have seizures which I am not supposed to drive and I've explained that to employees in there which is why I was told someone would call me but nobody does. While in line I have heard so many other customers explain they have left messages but again they don't get a callback. Somebody really needs to look into the pharmacy and take action. There should be a manager or somebody who I can speak to about this. Yet nobody cares. Seriously the worst I have ever had to deal with.

This pharmacy is terrible. They never have my medication in stock in spite of my having a long-standing prescription and they recently messed up the dating of my last pickup forcing me to be without for 12 days which is completely unacceptable. They actually logged my pickup date incorrectly and will not answer their phones or respond to voicemails. Very unprofessional. I am looking for a new pharmacy even though this one is closest to my home
