Came before posted closing time on a Saturday (7:45) and store was locked up. All the lights were on and the hours are posted as 8pm closing for Saturday. Frustrating for me as I know exactly what I need therefore making it a quick transaction.

This store is closing too early. It’s impossible to make it there. Easier to buy on Amazon. Same stuff and even cheaper.

The 2 employees I didn't get their names, handled a rude customer really well and professionally. Also one of the girls helped me find the chrome powder when I was lost

I have tried to call this place several times during the week and no one answers. Why even have a phone number if you don’t want to answer !

This Sally's location is the ONLY I repeat THE ONLY Sally's I go to. Incredible customer service they always have a large in stock selection of everything. A young lady named Raquel helped me find what I was looking for PLUS other things that go great with the product I purchased and she was so kind and knowledgeable about her products and was very honest about stuff I thought would go good and told me I wouldn't like the results of getting one thing over the other and at the end of the day I took her advice and I haven't been happier with how my products changed my life. Haven't been this happy in years with my Sally's experience and it's all thanks to Raquel and her awesome team here at Sally's in Woodinville

I was in shock !!To witness a so called manager throw out a $250 sale bc the girl wanted to use her10% on her sallys account !!! ALSO THIS LAZY STORE MANAGER NEVER ORDERS ANYTHING THAT RUNS OUT! THIS STORE WAS OUT OF HAIR EXTENSION GLUE FOR A YEAR!!SKIP THIS LOCATION. TRUST ME ITS THAT BAD!!! GO DONW TO WOODINVILLE AND GET FIVE STAR SERVICE THERE !# # FIRE KIRLAND SALLYS MANAGER

The store no longer carries brow dye, the selection for brushes was limited, and after getting an idk response from employee, didn't even want to look for other items. Why have a brick and mortar store without decent inventory. I won't come here again.

The salon experts at Sally always help me find whatever it is I'm needing, while keeping the health of my hair as a top priority. Never pushy nor aloof their customer service skills are way above par. 100% would recommend.

On the website it is listed as being open at 9:30am on Monday's. I just stopped by the the store and I saw the employee opening up the door at exactly 9:30am. I decided to wait for another 15 more minutes and the lights were still off and closed. That's very frustrating considering I drove out of my way to stop by and I don't have time to wait for the store to open after opening hours!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about hair care and color. They recommended great products that weren't too expensive.

This store needs to work on answering the phone and getting back to the call. She answered and asked if I could hold 5 minutes went by and not they aren't answering.

The employees here are always helpful and admit when they don't know about something instead of making something up to make a sale. And the store is always clean.

I worked at Sallys for a number of years while going to beauty school and loved it. I am sure some of the policies have changed as well as have some stayed the same.

I worked at Sallys for a number of years while going to beauty school and loved it. I am sure some of the policies have changed as well as have some stayed the same. My client got products for herself and I She unfortunately grabbed the wrong thing and stuff I no longer needed. So The next day go back to the same location my client purchased the color at to exchange my developer and return my color. But also purchase some other products. When I entered the location there was two employees behind the counter. One was ringing up the Manager with a personal purchase and the gal who run me up immediately greeted me super friendly and happy. I told her what I was planning on doing and she was like of course we can take care of you. I asked if she could return the money back onto the card of the original purchase. The extremely nice gal that was checking me out starts to respond to me and Right then the Manager that was acting as a customer snaps her head up and extremely rudely and defensively interrupts her employee saying, "We cannot help you with that. We HAVE to have the card of the original purchase in-order to do anything for you." I reply, "Okay well 'we do cash since it was a debt card transaction and I have my receipt." The manager looks at me while twerking hear head to the side "NO! We cannot do that. We can only do an exchange that's it." (Not exact words; it was a longer conversation as well.) Which also seems weird to me because I know that we used to offer store credit as well. I was disappointed that I couldn't do the return today but I was super frustrated with how the Manager was disrespectfully treating me. I said okay I would still like to exchange my developer for the 30. The gal helping me says of course I would love to help you with that. I left my bag with all the products on the counter and go to grab the correct developer and the additional products I need. This manager proceeded to viciously follow me around the whole store. Every Isle That I was in she switched immediately to. At this point I'm so frustrated with how Ive been treated I almost don't get the products I came to buy. But decided to so I didn't have to make another trip. I was wearing leggings without pockets and skin tight thin zip-up coat. I had my purse but its smaller. I had no reason to be followed. I felt so uncomfortable I almost went up to the register and put my purse there so she understood I just wanted to BUY some product; However, I didn't want to leave my wallet up front so I just quickly grabbed my dry shampoo I needed. I actually wanted a lot more products but I felt so rushed and pressured I just wanted to get OUT of your store. I was frazzled because she kept coming up towards me and staring straight me down, cutting me off and not even smiling just plain meanly. I couldn't even think straight. Mind you the isle I was mostly in was directly next to the front registers that both the girls at checkout could see me CLEAR AS DAY. All the Ion products are practically next to the register. Upon checking out the manager still stood there staring me down at the checkout I wasn't doing anything wrong in fact I was originally planning on spending more money at the store than the original purchase. The gal rings me out and apologized for the inconvenience I was like no problem. The gal also behind the register says she remembers my client and so forth..I also said thank you to the other gal at the register. I was very nice to both gals again. Upon checking out I contact my client to tell her that she needs to do the return. I found out that the same manager was in the night before and she was less than helpful for my client and also rude. she said the gal that checked her out was nice and super helpful. I understand completely of having a bad day, But it's NEVER okay to chase away sales and be rude to customers. Avoid the lady with the Pink and white hair unless you want to have a bad da
