We ordered last night at 9:05 pm via the app. Google and the app both said they were open until 10:00 pm. Got there at 9:15 pm and lights were off and no one was home. Our account was charged. Tried calling this morning and got no answer. It’s not easy to figure out how to get a refund or why they weren’t open yet the app let us place an order.Update: thank you to the store for responding. Unfortunately I do not know how to give my card number safely. But the amount was $16.94. Order number was 24968DCD-E9.

It's Subway, I mostly came in to try the new pretzel. Nice and warm and very chewy. The counter guy was awesome though, very friendly even though I pulled him off of break to help me.EdParking: Their lot could get nasty if too many people are there, but if not it is just oddly shaped.

I went there around 11:30 am, lettuce was red, asked them if they have any fresh one they said “no, this is fresh”. Vegetables do not look fresh, a lady who was working was pretty rude. Not a good experience.

I went to Subway 2 weeks ago after a movie. We were really hungry and when we got are food, the lady working there gave us 5 day old bread. It tasted like croutons because it was so crunchy. She put way too much turkey on it and not enough lettuce. The turkey was looking green. When we left she took out all the fresh bread. It made all of our stomachs hurt. The atmosphere was dirty and small. But the service was good.

I ordered a very basic sandwich and chips for delivery and when my order arrived, the chips were wrong (and I can't eat the ones that were sent) AND the sandwich was wrong.I attempted to contact the store for a refund, but they never answer the phone. I tried four times, waited through 3 1/2 minutes of ringing each time, then the line disconnected.I can't go to the store in person because I can't leave my job, which is why I ordered for delivery in the first place. This is not the first time this has happened, but usually the mistakes are minor enough to work around. Today, I just feel like I lost $20+ and there's no option to resolve it. Very frustrated.

I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but still wanted to recognize the employee that was there this evening that helped me out.Not only was he very kind and personable He took the time to share some of his memories he has with his family around the holiday time. Very outgoing and truly a Wonderful experience because of Him. I will definitely be back.

As with all subways now they just plain arent worth the cost. This one gets two stars because they accept coupons but for only a few sandwiches so be warned. Go to Jersey Mikes instead the sandwiches are way thicker & worth the cost.

This is my 3rd time coming to this Subway in the last 2 months. My experience with one associate has been very unwelcoming to me today. I usually do not leave a un happy review. After, going there to get my Tuna (sandwich of the day). No welcome, I tried small talk stated something very quickly, then ask what bread.The associate ask me to pay before even finishing my order.Did not have any problem paying, was just done with her unprofessionalism. AFTER informing her that I asked for the MEAL DEAL they just walked away. thereWhen she did complete making my sandwich she sled it to me, without asking or giving my receipt. POOR customer service, if I go back, and they are the only personelI will turn around and leave.Thank you

So very disappointed! I order online 5 days a week with this SubWay, yesterday the sandwich wasn't in the to go bin. When I asked about it I was told that I didn't place an order, I didn't have my phone so I ordered another sandwich. Today I see that I was charged twice, I showed the manager and asked for a sandwich today. She refused and didn't offer any solution. Unfortunately no more SubWay for me.Thanks for getting back to me it was downtown Woodinville.

Wow I just left the store and oh my goodness I have never had such rude customer service here in Woodinville like that. It was almost like she wanted me out of there as soon as I stepped inside (mind you, the store was empty and both the employees were sitting down chatting when I walked in). She also asked me if I wanted specific ingredients instead of letting me add my own (example: “onion lettuce or tomato?” When clearly there are more veggie options?). I also wasn’t done adding my dressings when she closed the sandwich and proceeded to rudely cut the sandwich making all the contents spill out, thanks for that! ? will NOT be returning to this subway.

Been going here for years. Went in tonight the girl is on her phone, puts it down, dosent wash her hands, puts gloves on and then makes my sandwich with an attitude and glares at each request. Also charges me 19 cents for a bag. What is up with this? Would love to hear from the owner. Was 1000% the downtown woodinville store by tjmax. Short girl, kinda young, brunette hair.
