I showed up this morning when they opened I did not call in advance I needed 7 sandwiches although the young lady working was very busy with a order she took the time to make the sandwiches & get me on my way ! Very impressed with her thank you !

Terrible customer service. We walked in with no one in front of us and after waiting for 10 minutes with no one helping us we asked if we could get an order placed. We were told that an online order took priority and they would get to us when they were done. We left without ordering. Obviously customer service and speed of service was not a priority. The sandwiches we got from Safeway next door were better value anyway.

They may have made a goof by going to Jared before, but They've since redeemed Themselves by teaming up with Great athletes and team members! Great sandwich shop! I Love The BLT on Italian herbs and cheese bread toasted with American cheese, and Most of the fixings!:)Vegetarian options: Subway caters to Most diets.Kid-friendliness: Very healthy food for kids.

I ordered my food through the app and got a message it was delivered at my address except it wasn't dropped off at the correct address. This has happened before. When I have ordered through the app it will change my address for some reason. Because I ordered it through the app I called the store to speak with someone. The employee Ashley I was speaking to was very unprofessional, rude and lacked any customer service respect. Before I could even explain or ask questions she kept saying once it leaves the store it is not there fault and there is nothing she can do. When I told her if I ordered it through the app and I asked who I needed to speak with, she literally said it wasn't her problem. At that point I asked to speak with a manager. She then told me she was the manager. So now I am shocked a manager was speaking to me this way. She finally told me one of her managers would be in the next morning. Then Ashley called me 4 hours later to tell me the person who got my food called the store and said I could pick up my food at their house. Really, 4 hours later I get a call to go to some strangers house? I am really displeased with the outcome of this. Not only did I end up paying for food I couldn't eat, but I was treated with such disrespect even when I wasn't even being rude. I was asking what the process was for when stuff like this happens. This is the second time in a row I have had issues with this stuff. Not just a week ago I was giving a sandwich missing ingredients but also poor food quality. I really hope you get better employees at this location because you lost a customer.Because I had a problem with my order last week nobody called me back considering what I ordered all the ingredients weren't even on the sandwich. Kinda hard to eat a dry sandwich with no mayo and nasty soggy tomatoes ??♂️I contacted the store manager and never received any reply back. Way to care about your customers ?

Whomever hired this woman. Is laking skills big time! Not only she was incredibly mean and disrespectful, she also dearest to threat me when I confronted her about why she was mean with me being a woman and in the moment she saw a guy walking in, she was extremely nice and in the meantime treating me in an awful way,No costumer wants to walk in to a disrespectful and mean staff service!She discriminated me all the way around.And she feared to say that nobody cares about the reviews on google maps!!Well. Here I’m posting it, hoping her boss sees this and takes actions in to his business!This situation is very serious!
