Isaac was so helpful in getting my new phone set up. He went above and beyond in spending time, answering questions, and helping me out. It took a really long time for the new phone to set up but he helped me out the entire time. Great experience!

Very disappointed with Caleb who is the manager of the store. He was extremely rude and unprofessional to us and did not even try to resolve an issue we have with our T-Mobile account. I never expected to walk out of any store feeling so offended and am very disappointed in T-Mobile for having customer-facing employees who show such little respect.

Not going to mention as much as I'd like to since I want to help them by keeping *your* expectations in line, but they are easily deserving of my rating imo and have been nothing less than great about helping me virtually every single time I've been there over the past year or so ???Will note that there is sometimes a bit of a wait (a very reasonable 5-30min ime) at this location as they thoroughly provide the level of service that I've enjoyed from them to other customers, though I attribute that almost entirely to their relatively small size compared to other stores (literally not enough physical space for any additional employees to be effective, if you wanna think of it that way). It's never been enough to bother me since I tend to just prance around "playing" with their display devices while waiting (they're often exceptionally good at noting who arrives after me), but I assume it'd be noteworthy to someone willing to drive to a bigger store nearby if that person already knows themselves and/or their situation to be any kind of impatient ¯\_(ツ)_/¯My thanks to the crew here! ??

Very nice helpful people and no judgement! They cleaned my fiances filthy phone when they changed the screen protector haha really go out of their way to do nice things

Transferred 2 lines from another carrier and they messed everything up they possibly could. The store manager, Caleb, was very dismissive and rude. Worst experience I have had with the company in the 12 plus years I have been with T-Mobile. Juan did his best to help, but the store manager was unwilling to help and the phone support people had no idea what they were doing or what was wrong. I was in the store for over 3 hours and this was my 3rd attempt at fixing the problem with another store and the customer facing phone support.

Went in to sign up for a new plan. Was told monthly billing would be $107 per month. Now bill is $134/month. T-Mobile won't honor the deal that their employee promised. Bad training, bait and switch, either way very bad customer service.

Do not ever pay for a phone out right in cash. Employees pocket the cash and have it charged in payments to your bill. T-Mobile won’t review their cameras or do anything to make it right. BEWARE they will steal from you at this store!!!!!!

Upgraded my iPhone here and Marco was ON IT. Great service and friendly. Bothell is my normal location but I might drive the extra 10 minutes in the future for the quality of service. Marco deserves a raise ?

This review is regarding the great employee Juan, not T Mobil as a carrier, T Mobil is bad. On Saturday March 25th at 1130am I came in to this location to sort out billing issues that were extremely annoying, frustrating and overall unacceptable, and I want to applaud Juan's patients and overall focus on solving the problem. I at times was being a terror, (in hindsight I see that now) and he never once had an attitude to me or showed any disrespect. I appreciate his overall demeanor and determination to solve the problem, as I was struggling. Thanks Juan, your performance should make T Mobil proud.
