This place had what my dear lady friend was looking for and she was most definitely a happy camper after her time visiting the Ulta here so I will not and cannot complain one bit, thanks to those who work here and for the mere presence of the Ulta here in the city of woodenville!

Normally when I come in people are nice enough but this morning was different. There is a blond woman at the register who just sounded very inconvenienced by my question. She sounded like she couldn’t be bothered as I asked whether or not a GWP was available in store and wanted to know before I started getting things. She needs more training on custom service, to fix her facial expectations and maybe wait until the customer is out of hearing range before talking about them. Do better, ma’am.

By Far the most helpful knowledgeable staff. I moved to Olympia and had to go to the Ulta in Lacey and I have to say after going to the Lacey location I almost never wanted to go to an Ulta again that's how bad the employees were. I made an appointment in Woodinville hoping they still were as good as before. I was blown away by how helpful friendly knowledgeable and patient they were to every customer who walked in the door still. So now I drive from Olympia to Woodinville just to go to Ulta because they know how to treat their customers!!! Thank you ladies you're amazing!!

I carried the basket for my wife. The lights are full spectrum, which is great for seeing things and terrible for people with light sensitivity. Some of those who appear to be staff are brand representatives and not that helpful. The bathroom was clean.

I just left feeling so grateful for the help received from Monica. I never really know what I am buying and honestly feel overwhelmed when picking out new makeup. I usually get something that is not even close to my color and I look very orange. Monica helped color match me for the perfect foundation and I am so thrilled! Thank you Monica

This is the worst ulta Iv ever been too. Unfortunately I live close so I come often… Iv now been ordering online because I HATE going here. Me and my boyfriend will come in together we are well dressed have nice clothes on look very presentable and we will be asked at least 20 times if we need help finding anything and by the same people we looks as if we are stealing and they get super close to us to see what we have in our hands… when we checkout the person who will ask us over and over again will run up to check us out to make sure we are buying what we grabbed. Iv made it a point multiple times to pull out lots of cash to show them I’m not stealing I’m just in need of a refill of my shampoo or basic stuff I get. I feel so uncomfortable coming here I love to come look around smell new scents and look at skincare and it’s just to uncomfortable they need to do better! This is ridiculous.

Love the location close to many other stores. Lots of parking. Was pleasantly surprised at the amount of brands carried and products for sale here. I've found that the store is easy to navigate and that there are sections. I especially love the travel size or sample size products near check out. Ulta has always been great at providing the top most trendy products.

Clean, items in stock, plenty of staff to help.Only complaint is the constant monitoring that staff do of shoppers. Although it's professional and helpful in nature, it can make a shopper feel silly for having someone come up right as they're in the middle of a creativity surge, comparing colors and textures and seeing what suits them.

Princess was very professional, knowledgeable, and helped me get my Ulta birthday gift when we realized I didnt get the birthday email from Ulta services. I came in to get a couple of facial cleansing items and didn't realize there was a sale going that day so the store was pretty packed as well.

Super helpful staff. Wheelchair accessible. Amazing return policy. Olivia is amazing at finding color matches that are NOT orange! Elizabeth is an eyebrow magician. My only complaint (and I know it's not just me) is that the pricing isn't always clear.

I drove almost 40 miles round trip for a hair appointment I had. I got there early and wasn't helped by anyone for 40mins. After sitting in the salon waiting area, 30mins after my appointment time, I finally spoke to someone who informed me my "stylist didn't show up to work today and isn't answering her phone." All I got was an apology from the store manager and an offer to reschedule for next month and in the same breath, tried to upsell me on a conditioning treatment for my next appointment which was "only $25 more." I couldn't believe it. I expect better from a store manager and Ulta. I will not be back to the Woodinville location for any reason. So unacceptable.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. A few weeks ago I checked in for my appointment and my stylist Erin was on her phone and finally checked me in. She said it would be just a moment while she set up. I said no worries. She was on her phone for ten minutes and talking to other coworkers when finally she sat me in her chair. I wanted some partial foils put in to add some brightness for a very important event. She barely talked during the service and almost seemed annoyed she was working on me, mentioning several times that she had to leave soon to pick up her son. As a mom I understand to a point however this is your job and it's kind of important. It was clear that she was in a hurry which is why I believe the highlights are different colors everywhere. I was left with super brassy highlights with silver spots that she said was from the toner that would fade. Erin also got color on my purse. I'm not one who likes to cause a scene so I have kept this to myself. After weeks of trying to tone it and see if it fades better I'm now having to spend even more money to fix this. I will never be coming back to any Ulta again. I can't believe they hire people with such little training. My hair will never be the same. Do better Ulta
