It's the worst service ever, and they have fun about you behind your back! They also can’t do simple things like scan a code for the shipment and make you purchase another label and print it out somewhere to do so. Never coming back, awful!

Dysfunctional, rude, and unprofessional. Worth driving the extra few miles to have a post office at a professional and more functional location. Simple tasks that a child could perform were too difficult for them. The worker at the counter tonight was rude, and I would not recommend setting up a post office box here. Date 11/29/2023 @ 5:00 pm.

I get the delivery attempted because front door or driveway was inaccessible message when no delivery attempts were made and when I have no gate! This only ever happens with USPS.

Luv going to the Post Office! I ck out there cards, boxes, packages! I always purchase my postal stamps there! Always excellent Customer Service!

Worst experience ever. We had to go to this post office 3 times trying to change our PO box to our new address. We even filled out a 3 way which was requested. The lady at the desk said that was the last thing we had to do. Then I got more mail from USPS saying we need to both bring in additional information bill or license or passport proving we had this address as our POB? Why would we have any proof if we were just using this POB for a temporary mail solution. We only had our POB open for 1 month. In the end no resolution and no closing of our POB. So we decided to keep it open and keep the key!! Beyond Ridiculous!!There has to be an easier way to resolve this issue. We will have a key for a lifetime that someone else could end up using for a POB!

Went to drop off a package. He made me buy $4 tape to stick the label when there was a packing tape kept in front of him.

I've lived in Woodinville for awhile and I never have an issue getting my mail delivered. With the exception of the one time my package from Houston showed it was at the Woodinville Post Office. I put in a claim and it was denied, Michael the post master wasn't helpful in finding it and gave a one sentence response. I hope he's not here ...Aside from that Lisa, Cyd and My are always exceptional when it comes to handling my packages for processing, shipping out international packages and such.
