LOVE love love this place!! Wish we still had all the locations we enjoyed pre-pandemic instead of just the few that are left for our area currently.. Only down side to this location is, there are NO DRESSING ROOMS. So plan ahead and shop accordingly! But, they do have self checkout here so you're in and out in a breeze!!???

Went in with my service dog today, a manager/loor lead was at my side nearly immediately to check in with the dogs status & OK him.I had an episode while in shoes, my dog alerted and I sat down, remaining there till I was ready to move again. The same lead+1 came to check and make sure I was OK politely.THANK YOU AND KUDOS. THIS IS HOW STAFF DOES SRRVICE DOG TEAMS PROUD!

The prices are much higher than other thrift stores in the area. There are no fitting rooms and only self checkout. There were loud alarms going off nonstop the whole time I was there. But I did buy a few things.

Understaffed and overpriced. They want to charge $18 for a vest cardigan with beat up buttons and a back thats starting to pill. You used to be able to get good clothes from here for a decent price, but this is now the most expensive value village I have ever been to. Completely ridiculous. You'd think they'd be able to keep their prices low and have staff on hand what with all the self checkouts, but they don't. They just line the CEOs pockets. I waited with other customers near the jewelery stand for a while and no one bothered to help. They need to hire more people and lower prices otherwise they're going to lose a lot of business. And don't even bother replying saying it's"market value". We all know that's a lie.

It's expensive shopping here right now for the second hand stuffs. Better find it online first. Maybe you can get new and cheaper prices.

$18 for used leggings is WILD. They were not name brands (which still wouldn’t justify the insane price) and they were all different brands. I’m not sure how they go about pricing things, but the prices are crazy high, it’s insulting. I saw many items that had noticeable wear and tear that were priced almost as new? This is a thrift/second hand store is it not? Why is it giving mall prices. And if you find anything from a “popular” brand (adidas, nike, puma, etc- NOT luxury brands by any means) they price them extra, extra high lol. I can buy the same items at Ross or TJMaxx for the same price and they’d be new. The shoes and bags prices were also ridiculous. Gone are the days were you could thrift clothing items for $3-$5. Thanks greedy corporations and greedy resellers!

Great items, you can save a ton of money. Every Wednesday there's military discount of 25% off. Unfortunately, Value Village has been steadily increasing its prices to the point some of them equal retail prices. This is quite bad for a second hand, used goods store, and it really defeats the purpose of shopping there.

The prices here are absurdly, bizarrely high. A stained Old Navy thermal is $9 - it probably retails new for $10. A Target brand baby dress is $8.49 - I didn't even know it was physically possible to price thrift store baby clothes higher than $4. A dress from Lularoe - a brand you can't even give away - is $15. Every single picture book is $3, so choose carefully because your baby will only have one.Literally, what are they smoking? I want some, and I might even pay their stupid price for it.Also, there are signs all around the store advertising 30% off when you sign up for their loyalty program, but then the coupon they email you is $3 off a purchase of $10 or more. Annoyingly inaccurate and laughably insulting.
