Sales girl spent the whole time picking at the skin on her lips & snotlrting snot instead of blowing her nose. She made me feel like a thief the way she said I couldn't touch the phone or box until I paid for it. I did spend over $700.00.

Came to this store location with my GF to exchange her iPhone for a different color. In the box, unopened. The Manager was extremely off-putting and rude for no reason. The other employees seemed pleasant, but unfortunately, we got the manager. We needed help and she did not want to give us the time of day. I'm with AT&T and I have always had great experiences with in-store locations.

AVOID using Verizon for your own sake. Their internet really sucks, and billing is wrong constantly. Store stuff is very unhelpful and you need to call customer service for anything and they’re not helpful either. They also try to upsell every time you talk to customer service.

They don't even know their own Asurion policy. They've sent multiple customers to Lynnwood's UbreakiFix store. Physical Asurion/UbreakiFix stores cannot help you. The claim needs to be filed before customers can get their device fixed. Verizon's Extended Warranty does NOT cover a device that has physical damage, including paint scuffing. We cannot trade devices for insurance. We do not have devices for insurance/warranty. We do not file claims for Home Plus. They don't even know what can be fixed under insurance, they don't know what can be fixed under warranty. They don't bother to inform their own customers the difference between Asurion and Verizon Extended Warranty. You as a customer is possibly paying for both, without having been told what you are actually paying for. On top of that you could also possibly be paying for Home Plus, which does NOT cover phones. Good luck shopping here. :)

Good luck getting what you are looking for in a timely manner here. We went in to get a new iPad and Apple Watch added to our plan, as well as upgrade two iPhones to the latest version. The technology for their ordering system was down so we weren’t able to complete the order in the store. The order that was placed for us a couple days later was incorrect, sending devices to the wrong address with no confirmation emails despite multiple follow ups by us. We had to cancel two separate orders and create new ones which delayed the delivery of our products by more than a month. Communication was poor with the customer and internally at Verizon, they couldn’t see the orders in the system, we were on the phone with a business account executive, multiple people abroad and two people in Woodinville. We had to tell them what we were ordering when they reordered it. Overpromised and under delivered, something that should have taken 30 mins to order over $5000 in new devices was a 2 week long hassle. Would not recommend.

Used the lockbox pickup. Took more effort than it should have to do a pickup. The texted code would not work. Had to go through the app to get a locker to open. I have no idea if it was just a me problem or that is happening to everyone. Otherwise, it was nice to be able to get my order after hours.

I was excited to get a new account with Verizon. I had purchased a new phone online and was coming in to pick it up and get service transferred from T-mobile to Verizon. I arrived at 5:45pm, the store closed at 7 pm. When Ocame in, I saw 2 customers being helped and the 3 other staff not helping customers. When the manager, Jennifer, approached me, I told her I was here to pick up a new phone and transfer phone info. She said it was a 45-minute wait for help, but that I could grab my phone and pretty much leave. I had to ask her to please at least look up my info so I could start using my phone. I was treated rudely by her, leaving a bad taste in my mouth and making me wonder why I left T-mobile cause they do have great customer service, their service just didn't reach where I needed it. For being a manager and representing a company, her customer service skills are a joke. I would be embarrassed having her run a company for me. She needs to try working on customer service skills because her "skills" as a manager are atrocious.

Matt and James spent over 5hrs helping us work through a phone # transfer from xfinity where xfinity would not give up our numbers.These guys stayed at the store till closing time , locked the doors and helped us till the job was completedThank you very much. Best customer service EVER!!!!

Employees were nice and Callie especially was very helpful. I hope I spelled that right. I was having a lot of trouble with my E-SIM and I had no phone line for multiple days, it was a disaster. I had tried calling Verizon that night but they said it was a Tier 2 Verizon problem? Anyway, Callie spent a lot of time making sure my phone was set up correctly and even noticed an extra fee that weirdly popped up when we were setting my phone up and had to call a specialist to remove it for me. Great service!
