This is for the pharmacy department. Having just had a terrible experience getting vaxxed at the Issaquah branch, I'm motivated to give my local branch the good review they deserve. They are rarely swarming with customers, so it's usually not much of a wait (goes for the drive-through as well). The staff is polite and friendly; I have a lot of prescriptions and when something does go wrong (usually because of my insurance), they are very helpful in figuring out the issue. I'm very glad that this is my local pharmacy. I only wish they had Covid vaccine appointments available!

Pharmacy randomly closed early or never opens on a weekday, not mentioned on recorded message or the escript system to doctors leaving you scrambling to find another place and get back in touch with your doctor...if you can go elsewhere, do so.

This is easily the most frustrating pharmacy I've used, and if it weren't the only one around, I would have changed long ago. The wait time is always long. They have continued to cut hours and are now closed on weekends and lunch during the week. You know, the hours most people have available to run errands.

I am not impressed supposedly their Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. at least that's what the sign in the Drive-Thru window says. However if you arrive between 1:00 and 2:00 the pharmacy will be closed. Despite these quite restrictive hours, this Pharmacy isn't even open when they say they will be. Otherwise this is just a run of the mill Walgreens. Obviously they have Staffing problems.

Swung in here because I had a headache So I'll grab some Excedrin and something to drink. The store is very clean, was a little surprised about some of the things they had. The employee working the register, Sam, was very friendly and has a killer style. She was quick, polite, excellent cashier. I can't say I'll be back, because I don't live in the area, but overall pleasant Walgreens experience.

Ordered online and it was quick service and used a coupon which was great. Unfortunately, some of the photos I ordered were really poorly done and seemed blurry or had stripes of color filling the paper instead of my image. For the price, it wasn't worth complaining.

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Every time we need to pick up a prescription, it takes no less than 45 minutes -- after confirming it is ready for pick up. I don't understand what the techs are doing in the back while we wait but it's seriously a joke. I now rather drive 20 minutes each way to another location than use this pharmacy.

When I went for my scheduled booster shot yesterday, the Pharmacy was closed, and this store started closing its pharmacy on Sunday 5 weeks ago. No email no phone call to notify me about this. I even got the appointment confirmation on Saturday. This is ridiculous and the worst customer service.

Scheduled a Covid test a few days ago at my local Walgreens had a picture of my confirmation however I wasn’t on their list so they could not help me at my local Walgreens. I have a doctors appointment that needs a negative test result Thursday even though I’m vaccinated and now I’m in a bind. I don’t know if it’s the system or the lady but that’s pretty crappy

Tried to pick up a photo book that we ordered online. Sent my son in to get them. He was told they didn't have them. Went back in with email we received, had to get a manager to help sift through envelopes and guess what, my photo book was there! Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of our time. Glad it really was there, with my name on it!

Made appointment online for a flu shot using their app. Asked me to fill out paperwork in advance, which I did, but once I got there they said they couldn't use it and had to fill it out again. No big deal, but was disappointed it took almost an hour from start to finish. Honestly don't see what's the point of making appointment online if end up waiting this long.

Thoroughly average. We went in here for a flu shot today, with appointments. We waited in line, noticing the signs that said "appointments only" for flu shots. Once we got to the front, we were told that they couldn't honor our appointments due to a staff shortage. That would have been nice to have on the signs. Otherwise, expect an overpriced selection of drugstore essentials and convenience items. The one thing this location has going for it -- it's clean, bright, and inviting inside.

Great service, the makeup lady always has coupons to share. They have always been extremely helpful in the nine years I have had this as my local Walgreens, they've taken returns with no questions asked and have a good selection. The only thing is sometimes their drive through has a long line but avoid the rush and you're good to go
