I had an extremely disappointing experience with this pharmacy, which I consider the worst I've ever encountered. It seemed as though the staff disliked their roles, impacting their interactions with customers. Generally, I'm not one to write reviews, valuing basic human respect above all. However, after undergoing spine surgery, I faced an issue when attempting to fill my pain medication prescription. The pharmacy denied my request, inaccurately claiming I was overprescribed due to IV medication received during surgery. Despite attempts to clarify, the pharmacist accused us of exhibiting drug-seeking behavior, leaving me to question their competence or empathy. Consequently, I spent a night in significant pain without relief. Fortunately, my doctor resolved the situation the following morning with a different pharmacist. I've since transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy, where the service is respectful and considerate. I hope the management for Walgreens in the Pacific Northwest reevaluates their staffing to ensure no one else undergoes a similar ordeal.

Pharmacy is getting to be the worst I have ever experienced: automated refill system does.not.work. I phone in refills and they don't get done. I requested a refill and they refilled the wrong med. There are significant language barriers which at best are annoying and at worst, highly dangerous for us patients. We're going to switch to ExpressScripts.

Placed a delivery order. Received a message it was delayed and they would notify me when rescheduled. Apparently they just cancelled it and did not let me know. Now I am waiting for a refund.

Michael, the manager I met at this Walgreens, was the most helpful Walgreens employee I have ever met. He is very kind, knowledgeable and courteous. The other gentleman, whose name I didn’t get (tall, works in the photo department) showed me how to use the digital photo scanning machine. He was also extremely polite and knowledgeable. I very much appreciate their help!

Refused to fulfill my prescription refill in advance as instructed by my doctor. Then failed to have it refilled on time after calling two days before I ran out as per their own instructions. When I told the pharmacist about my experience she straightforward said that I should have my prescription transferred somewhere else.

Awful Pharmacy. They ignore calls and act like they're busy. I went in after being on hold 30 minutes and there was no one waiting.

Pharmacy randomly closed early or never opens on a weekday, not mentioned on recorded message or the escript system to doctors leaving you scrambling to find another place and get back in touch with your doctor...if you can go elsewhere, do so.

This is easily the most frustrating pharmacy I've used, and if it weren't the only one around, I would have changed long ago. The wait time is always long. They have continued to cut hours and are now closed on weekends and lunch during the week. You know, the hours most people have available to run errands.

I could not possibly rate this Walgreens any lower. My prescription started going to Walgreens because it was the only 24/7 pharmacy that I could find when I needed a prescription filled urgently. It was then easier to transfer to this Walgreens then find a different pharmacy, and it has been a nightmare ever since. However, today was the final straw when I got a notification from the pharmacy that my provider had denied my prescription, even though my provider called the prescription in. Combined with the very poor hours of operation for the pharmacy, I can no longer tolerate Walgreens as a provider.

Today, Brittany was able to assist me with getting my prescriptions and she was very helpful/pleasing to be helped by! On most of my prescription pick ups, Jay always helps me & is the best at making sure I have all my questions answered & is always happy to help :)

I went here during normal business hours to get a couple of passport photos. After initially being told that no one there could take my photo, the lady said that the guy trained to do it was "in the bathroom, and he takes a really long time in there." We waited 10 minutes, and he never came out. Definitely not coming back here.
