I ordered breakfast sandwiches and was made to wait out front for twenty minutes. I was going to be late for work so I knocked on the door. The customer service associate apparently was unaware I speak Spanish. I didn't appreciate her commenting about my mother, regardless of language. Unacceptable.

Stop cleaning the frosty machines before close. I was looking forward to an orange frosty my whole shift. I get working in service sucks. But you phoned it in on my baconator fries and I couldn't get the one thing I was there for so you could go home 5 minutes early. Come on manager, don't take the shifts if you don't wanna do the work. It's becoming pattern, my last visits were more similar than they were different. Please fix it, I miss going here.

Had to go back through the drive through to get the BBQ sauce I specifically ordered extra for my 10 piece nuggets. Other than that it was business as usual.

I got Dave's single. It was very average fast food burger, like most other fast food burgers.But it came cold. It was already prepped, so it was fast service but not kept warm, and it was apparently a slow day (at noon?!), so low turn over.Also the service was quite sad. When I ordered at the drive in I accidentally was vague (realized later what I said applied to 3+ options), they didn't clarify. They didn't summarize the order or tell me the total price, just said "window 2".At window 2 they again didn't say price or order, just held out hand for credit card. They handed me food and credit card, without a word. And I didn't get a receipt.

I loved Wendy's for years. Great burgers great breakfast menu. But if they want to pull surge pricing for already expensive meals, then I have gone to Wendy's for the last time. Screw your corporate greed and price gouging.

I've only been inside the restaurant once, usually opting for drive-through, but I remember the dining area being dated but clean. The staff are always friendly and I've never had my order wrong. The wait is usually negligible, if there is one. I almost always come with coworkers too, so we will get 2 or 3 separate orders going through the drive-thru, and we've always been charged correctly and received the right food in the right bag. I'm trying to eat out less because everywhere is more expensive (gotta keep those shareholders happy by generating record profits every year) but if I do go get cheap food for lunch, this is one of the places I'd recommend. One less disappointment during the day...

Never had an issue with my food when getting takeout either through the dining room or drive-thru. I have often had the wrong food arrive when ordering via Doordash or Ubereats so I'd recommend you head to the location yourself.

This location has been trouble for years.Hadnt been here in a while, thought id give them a try again.Purchased (3) 6 piece regular nuggets. Upon getting home, i had (2) 6 piece spicy. Tried them, complete rubber.Returned to get replacement. Young lady at counter rolled eyes, got replacement.I said thank you. She replied "yep". No apology for bad food or my wasted time.I have learned my lesson, this location has not fixed itself. Will not give it another chance.

Wendys in Bothell highway is a hit or miss here. Sometimes you get fresh, warm food, and correct order. And sometimes you don’t! There’s a lady with long light brown hair who is always polite, and an older man with white hair who is always nice. Usually when they work those days, I never have an issue with the service or my food. (It’s always warm, and fresh) But today was not good! This light skin maybe philophino/Chinese/Korean man was so useless. Every time I would add an order he would be quiet, he wouldn’t ask what drink I wanted with my combo, I had to tell him myself and raised his voice at me when he asked me for what sauce I wanted. First of all speak up, be polite, listen, and ask the correct questions!!! I won’t change my review until I see better service here.

My husband and I were staying nearby celebrating our one year wedding anniversary. We never eat fast food but decided to we really wanted some late night fries and burgers as a treat. We arrived at the drive through and I wasn't sure what I wanted as I needed to briefly read the menu first. My husband was trying to let the guy know that I was slightly delayed but was thinking about it, therefore he mentioned two separate orders but all on one card. The employee got confused and separated the food by two separate orders and payments (which was not a big deal for us) but then he proceeded to scold us in how to order. He needed to know why it was separate and we said accidental and he was annoyed and said it's too late to combine so he scoffed and charged the card twice, then said "next time you order you need to already know what you want and order hot food first cuz we're trying to close so we make that first" which I understand but if you never eat fast food how would you know what you want, isn't that the point of the menu?? And sorry you're trying to close an hour and a half early? Just no need to be snarky and rude when we're not regular customers. And he forgot my barbecue sauce which he made a point to type onto the screen and the only sauce I truly wanted.. feels intentional cuz he was annoyed. Won't be returning. Zero stars
