I love this pharmacy- the staff are so helpful and accommodating, and you can tell they actually want to be there and take their jobs seriously.i only wish they were open later and had a way to see your scripts online, but that doesn't affect my rating..5 stars all day!

I want to like the Woodinville Medical Center pharmacy. I really do. But over the last couple of years, The business practices and customer service treatment has become worse and worse... Let's take the most recent example from this morning... I have an order that I have to call in a day ahead of time. No problem. Normally, I like buying local enough that I don't mind an extra step or two. But here's what normally happens, increasingly so now with the Woodinville Medical Center Pharmacy... I have multiple refills and I call them in a day ahead of when I intend to pick them up. And I go pick them up. And because I'm in a hurry, rushing off to another meeting, I just glanced in the bag... everything seems to be in there. I asked the woman at the window. I said, "is everything in here?" And she replies "Yes.", And I drive off. Now, it takes 20 minutes each way to get back to work. 40 minute round trip. I get back to the office. And I discover 2 of my refills aren't even in the bag! So much for "everything is in there"! I call them about the error. I get some run around BS about what happened. More excuses. Look, if I call in and make my refill requests a day ahead of time -- then I expect I'm at the head of the queue the next morning, right? Which brings up another problem with the Woodinville Medical Center pharmacy: they seem to think that first thing in the morning is not when they claim they're open for business. When a pharmacy or any business claims to open at 9am, that means NINE O'CLOCK AM, period. But the Woodinville Medical Center Pharmacy staff seem to think there's some slop time from 9 to 9:30 and that it's unreasonable to expect to be able to pick up your order at 9:05AM. Reallly?! I had one of them tell me that I was there to pick my order "too early" when I picked it up at 9:20! And before someone plays the tired old excuse of Covid -- this was happening long before the pandemic. Here's the conceit every pharmacy seems to suffer from -- they think their customers' time is not worth anything. In the beginning, when I first started going there, the Woodinville Medical Center Pharmacy didn't suffer from this. It was only after when they seem to have been acquired by HealthMart and started using their BS system when things started going downhill. The pharmacies do not respect the customers time, period. They're fine if, due to THEIR incompetency, their customers have the inconvenience of making multiple trips to their little pharmacy -- as long as it's at the customers' expense. As long as the pharmacy gets paid and isn't inconvenienced. But I had in the space of a single morning, two... TWO 40 minute round trips, because they didn't do their job. Now, if you're thinking I should have done MY job and checked and absolutely made sure everything was in there, BEFORE I drove away -- you'd be right about that. And I will make sure that's the process in the future. no matter how inconvenient it is for them.... Even if they have to stand there at the window while I count out every damn pill and make sure every item is correctly itemized -- I'm doing that in the future. Because it just keeps happening. But now they got me looking at the Costco pharmacy and moving my business there and telling everyone else they should too. Or maybe those mail order pharmacies where they just deliver to your house. The Fred Meyer pharmacies were the worst, still is bc my wife still gets her 'scripts there. But now, the Woodville Medical Center is rapidly gaining ground for the title of Worst Pharmacy around. Maybe Costco will be different. I'm looking for a pharmacy that treats their customers time as if it matters. But with what happened today, having to make two, TWO! 40 minute round trips... that is beyond the pale. Worse, when I briefly detail the issue with the Woodinville Medical Center Pharmacy employee at the window this morning, on my 2nd trip there -- (same one as the o

The pharmacist and staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and hardworking. They've spent time with me over the phone answering my questions about new medications for my pets, myself, and my partner. Really pleasant and helpful people. I've gotten everything exactly as I needed it, even when a medication needed to be rushed for one of my pets -- thankfully it was an easier one to fill for them. They make custom compounds that are cleaner and easier on the body than name brands and contain less fillers than standard generics. I refer this pharmacy to all of my friends, family, and colleagues. I cannot imagine going anywhere else after the last 4 months of working with them on 8+ custom formulations. I tend to plug-in a 5-day advance notice into my calendar to call them before I run out of something. I've had life happen and have forgotten to call in ahead of schedule and sometimes they were able to fill same or next day. Just above and beyond what I would expect for custom compounding. Excellent service all the way around!

I was contacted by one of the pharmacist and she was able to work with my insurance company to find a compound that worked. It too awhile, but Woodinville Pharmacy ended up going above and beyond to fill my prescription. I am happy to be a customer and look forward to working with them in the future on any compound medications that I may have. Huge thanks to Jennifer :)

I got the impression that they put veterinarian's prescriptions at a low priority. They are not ready when they said they will be; and took a couple of calls to prod them into compounding it.

Pretty poor customer service. They lost one of the prescriptions from my vet, then later found it but never called me to let me know. They treated me like a burden rather than a customer and were annoyed with me for asking them to double check to make sure I could get all the medications that had been ordered. When they finally found one of the missing prescriptions, they told me it'd be over four hours until it was ready.
