the guys in the store here in woodinville are scammers and liars, stay far away and get your internet and mobile services from a different company. It's taken over 6 hours between 4 different trips to the store and calls to their customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

The guys at the store completely lied to me to get me to sign up for a "3 month free trial" on the mobile plan to save $10 per month on my internet bill... in reality they set up a secondary account in my name with internet and mobile and I started getting double charged for 2 accounts at the same address. I have had to dispute charges because refunds were never issued after dealing with customer service and it has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I was forced to use xfinity for internet because ziply didn't provide service at my new building, and I wish I never had to deal with xfinity and comcast. The guys at the store should be fired for lying and misleading customers.

Scam alert: same as other people have posted—I wish I read reviews to save this headache. I bought and created a new wifi account online from Xfinity and went to this store to pick up my modem. Instead of completing the account I had made online, they created a new account, and told me I had to get a “free” SIM card that I couldn’t cancel for 2 years to get the price I already agreed to in my original account. I said multiple times I didn’t want the SIM added to my account, they said there was no option to not have it on my account. Do not believe them, you do not need to get this SIM account. I had to go back to the store the next day to cancel the account they made me and get the modem set up with my original account that was internet only. They refused to acknowledge the accounts were different, even though on the xfinity app one clearly said it had a 2 year SIM card charge, and the other was wifi only. Just set up ur account online and do not believe them when they tell u u have to make a new account through them.

Third party owned, dont bother trying to come here if you need anything beyond the most basic of services.
And don't ever try to call the store. Just takes you to the most clunky and poorly designed automated phone system I've ever had the displeasure of using.
Also just a tip: if you're third party and can't do things that other stores can do... you MIGHT want to be aware of where those other stores are and not just tell customers "Google it"

Why they cannot change my phone number on my internet account?? 4 workers were there, no one couldn't, is that system issue?? Any way I just wasted 30 minutes for nothing, included wait for slow service..?

The store is operated by third party, not directly through Xfinity. They tricked me saying picking up the modem and route from an online internet order required creating a new account.
Then they created a new internet account under the same address and same name. This was for them to boost their sales.
Then I got double charges on both accounts until I went to the store in Redmond to fix.
They even tried to trick me to create a new phone line saying was part of the new account and require activation, and asked my social.
Don't go there , they will scam you.

Don’t trust these people—I turned in my equipment here and cancelled my service a month ago because I was about to move across the country and now I get charged again the same monthly bill for service I’m no longer using. Where I live now I have zero Comcast locations near me to go in and get this resolved and I cannot get a human on the line when I call their customer service. Extremely pissed.

Maybe get a phone number like every other physical store that exists? The corporate loop of AI and Indians that have know idea whats going on is so frustrating. Just want to find out if they have a phone in stock before making the 45 minute drive. For a well established company this is a joke.

Went inside the store to change my services on the afternoon of 3/21 and there were 7 employees, only 2 of which were actually working. One man greeted us and then passed us off to Soloman for some reason. Soloman was very nice and helpful he gets 5 stars and is the only competent one in the store. The only other one working was Kirill but not sure why he needs to talk to customers on speaker phone so the whole store can hear what’s going on. Soloman is clearly the only one who knows what he is doing as both Kirill and Brent had to interrupt us to get help themselves. The 5 other employees decided to stand next to us and discuss their personal lives and how many cars they have wrecked and speeding tickets they have gotten VERY loudly. Brent was especially loud as was the blonde short haired guy who looks like he should be in Outer Banks who then decided to bring out popping candies to eat in front of 4+ customers. I understand it gets boring on weekdays but you can talk more quietly so we don’t have to ask Solomon to repeat himself or at least go to the back not stand directly next to the desk.

Had decided to discontinue my cable but kept the internet. Was very easy. The two gentlemen that helped me were very friendly and helpful. Took very little time.

The guys who work here should get bonuses. I think the entire xfinity customer support system is a 1 star. From online support to app to other stores.
This store the first time I’ve seen a professional support from xfinity the past 10 years.

Very helpful staff. Prices seem very reasonable. Will hopefully update higher after I choose this service.
