Very friendly and professional service, and made an otherwise difficult series of tasks relatively painless. Dylan at the Woodinville Xfinity store was invaluable in helping my wife and I solve a few different tricky issues regarding our router, and even helped us save some money on our phone bill! We ended up with a newer router at a better rate, a new phone, and a plan that is less than half of what we were paying at AT&T. I would give Dylan, Bailey, and the store as a whole six stars if I could

We are old. We got new phones--a mistake. We keep doing things wrong and having problems. Every time, we have been helped with competence, compassion and patience. We forget. We come back. They help us. I can't say enough how much we appreciate their kind assistance. Now if only they had chairs-- and not tall ones, please.

Fast and easy with the cancellation process (Moving out of country, so I couldn't take the service with me). They answered all my questions, as well. I would definitely use them again next time

So refreshing to work with real people who are smart, competent & can get things done!I hate the Xfinity 800 call-in number with their endless, deadend loops—absolutely maddening time killer.Much better to walk-in to a cheerful greeting & get everything you need handled by solution providers & problem solvers!

I had a great experience getting both internet and phone services. Jeremy was patient and helpful, walking me through the options and making sure I had the information I needed to make the choices that work best for me. I'm very happy about the results.

I went in to drop the TV part of my cable package and to just leave internet service. I was lucky in that there were no other customers (1:30 on a Monday). The staff understood my request and it was handled quickly and efficiently and without upsell or raised eyebrow.I don't know if it's related, but a previous experience wasn't so good - but I think they have moved around the corner since then and maybe took the opportunity to upgrade the service desk.

Okay, I've been to a few different Xfinity branches over the years. Lynnwood, Redmond, Woodinville. This branch in Woodinville is the worst. The kid who "helped" me today was so annoyed that he actually had to do something. I've never seen anyone less interested in doing his job. I think they're all independent owners. I think the only thing on the job application is one question. Do you have a pulse? You're hired.

Jeremy was super helpful and kind when I came in with questions about my new xfinity plan. I changed it at the Lynnwood location and the guy there said my bill would be $70 and ended up being almost $200 a month, with things like doorbell camera that he told me was going to be free with the plan. Come to the Woodinville store if you want genuine help. These guys are awesome!

A simple equipment exchange will take 1-2hrs waiting in line because they funnel everyone to a single desk serving people signing up for new service. If you have to decide between DIY repair/replacement of equipment here and getting a technician to come out, choose the latter and save yourself some time.
