Worst customer service ever and junk rods. Like others tip broke off. 3rd cast on a brand new LX79MS spinning rod and 4-5" of tip broke. No visible damage not crushed or fractured. Wrote lamiglass and got NOTHING back for a reply. Laughs on lamiglass as I run a lake resort in Northern California that sees well over 100k people a year and the $130 broken rod hangs over the cash register with a sign " lamiglass is Junk.

After submitting the warranty protocol for my unglued reel seat. I received a response from Kailin who gave me a couple options to bring in the rod or mail in the rod. I chose to bring in the rod and was greeted kindly at the warranty front desk.I then met up with Kailin who looked at the rod.She determined it was unfixable so she gave me a replacement.She was professional and informative. Overall, this was a positive experience.

Used to buy Lamiglas regularly. Until I had an absolute garbage experience with their customer service. Bought a rod from them, directly shipped from the factory. Shattered the foregrip/ reel seat on the second time out. So roughly 3 hours total use. I asked customer service to give me another rod of my choice, an X11 instead of the rod series I bought. I even offered to pay the difference between the two rods. They seemingly purposely acted as if they didn't understand what I meant, and said they would ship me another of the same rod. In the first place, why would I take a chance with another model of rod that's clearly junk? It also happened to be backordered by 3 months. I said no thank you. Haven't, and will not buy another Lamiglas since that Incident. I've recently had much better customer service from other, actual US made rod companies, and foreign ones. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Unless you like overpaying for junk made in a foreign country, at "American Owned" prices.

Lamiglass LX79MS 3rd cast tip broke on a brand new rod. Problem was bought it caught the bad covid, was hospitalized 3 months, home recovering another 4 months and finally a year and 9 months later I got to unwrap the rod and go fishing. 4" of tip of rod broke with no visible sign of prior damage. Wrote to Lamiglass and got NOTHING not even a reply. I run a lake resort here in Northern California and I'm hanging up the rod over the register with a sign. Lamiglass you are worthless these days.

Clean and organized shop. All the main sport stores were sold out on this brand but the manufacturer store had some! The woman that was working the desk was nice and knowledgeable. I’m new to fishing so glad this was a good experience.

The ceramic inlay on the guides they rave about are garbage. Reel 1 swivel through the guides and say goodbye to your Rod 300 dollars bye bye. The ceramic inlays chip and cut your line after that. Ive never been so disappointed in the company before heard all this jazz about lammi. They claim you can cast farther with the slick inlays lmfao. Yeah ill stick with other rod companys . Just go Berkley save yourself the headache I’ve dealt with lamb, a glass lol I’ve sent two Rod’s back same thing happened every time. What a joke but they did not #Warranty it I had to pay 50 bucks for a new top, half never again.

Got a Lami SI for my birthday. I’ve been eyeing this particular model for years. Unfortunately, the tip broke while landing a coho. My heart sank, as this rod was my “go to” rod for salmon.I sent an email to Lami’s customer service to ask what my options are, and the very next day, Anita Koutny responded and assisted me! I even got the UPS tracking number same day! I appreciate Anita’s responsiveness, her willingness to help me, all while being very professional!….she really made my day that day! Because of my positive experience with her, Lamiglas’ customer service is number 1 in my book!

Kai was so helpful and friendly! I broke the upper portion of my rod when I accidently slammed it in the tailgate of my truck. I was so bummed. Kai made sure that I received a replacement so I can continue to do what I love, with the equipment I love. Super helpful, I wish there were more people like her around!

After reading the review about how hard it was dealing with warranties from Lamiglas, I felt like it would be impossible to get my brand new and now broken pole replaced. But I reached out to the warrenty email and Kailin Raptopoulos responded within 2 days. She helped replace my pole within a week, at no cost to me. I was back to fishing in no time! Thanks for all your help Kailin! I’m one happy customer ?

Bought a brand new x11 from sportco, have used the x11 since I started fishing 7 years ago, pole never had an issue, bought a baitcaster setup, same pole, snapped in 2 weeks, when you hold my old x11 in your hand it's not even 2/3 the weight of the new rod.... I know for a fact they changed the composite they made their rods out.of vs what they were made of 7 years ago. Cheaper material, no way to expedite rods through sporting goods stores anymore, I honestly can't see myself buying another lami. GLoomis.

Kai is amazing! She is an exceptionally good customer service representative. I was near tears when my Lamiglas rod broke. Fortunately, it was covered under warranty. Kai was very friendly and knoweldgeable, and worked hard to get me a replacement in no time. She exceeded all expectations. I always knew Lamiglas for their great products. Now I also know them for their great customer service. Thank you!

Went out fishing this morning locked into a monster and needless to say my rod snapped! I was heart broken. When I got home I contacted lamiglass and explained what happened. Cheyanne responded quick and promptly and I now have a new rod tip on the way free of charge! Best customer service I’ve come across thanks again!
