Absolutely become one of the worst safeways around. I do drive up and go got expired meat and rotten produce. When I called Kelly claimed she was a manager. Left me on hold for 20 min then hung up on me. Called back and got Mia. Mia also hung up on me. When the 3rd time Ryan another manager claimed he was refunding my order, was a complete lie I had to call customer service they put in a ticket to have refunded. I will no longer shop here. Just know if you do drive up and go they will give you products they can't sell! And hope you don't complain

The people working late at night are rude an make loud comments about people walking out of the store. This is nasty behavior.

I typically have a pleasant experience when I visit this place, especially when I come in the late afternoon or at night. I really appreciate the kindness shown by a cashier named Jill towards my toddler. However, I have noticed some room for improvement in the customer service at the pharmacy.

I love how much smaller the store is than like a Walmart or Winco so convenient and it has everything that you would like are OK if you have your rewards card, but not as good as other places, but I would still prefer to shop here than any other store

Safeway is always pleasantly predictable. Love their varieties of fruits especially, the bakery is always very well stocked.

Quality of food is getting lower ! And too damn expensive! WTH
It's one thing to raise the price , but do you really need to make the weight and size of the amount of food smaller and JACK the ?? price? Hope everyone is getting wealthy off of that tactic.

The young man working in the deli making sandwiches On tuesday january 23rd at 345pm .. Shaggy hair under his hat. Made the most delicious sandwich i've ever had in my life. Nothing like having a late lunch, And having a sandwich that was so delicious. I appreciate the thought Of even offering olives.. The perfect amount of Mayo and mustard.... He should get a little sandwich pin for his name tag ha ha. Thank you.

I just got off the phone with the director a woman. I feel very disrespected right now because I accidentally left money at the gas pump around $50. I talked to the manager for a while there who said she would save the money for me I just had to keep checking in every couple months. So I did that. I told her worst case scenario to send me a gift card if it ever comes to it. Long story short I broke my leg and just got a hold of them after 6 months and told him I never got the card and the woman there said she would have to have her higher up call me.. I tried to ask for that person's name so I can write it down and ask when they're going to be in so I can make sure I'm around the phone and she just said okay hun I got to go bye and hung up on me after she knew it was very obvious I had more questions... also they said that they don't know where the money is it could have went to the bank so somebody either pocketed it or they send it to the bank instead of sending me the gift card the lady just was very rude and hung up on me that's my biggest problem right now I was very polite the whole time because that's the type of person I am was very calm... she was calmtoo as she really cut me off and hung up on me
