Good service, was polite and knowledgeable when it came to my question about passport issues. Very helpful. Forget the Vancouver post offices definitely go the extra mile and receive good friendly faces.

All of the employees are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! When I come in to pick up a package so many times the employee recognizes me and is waiting with my package when I enter! I recently had a couple of returns to send back and they were so effective and helpful! Great job to all of you!

These postal workers are super nice! I've had to deal with Battle Ground and Woodland which are both very poor customer service. The workers at the Yacolt location are incredibly helpful and nice. I had to go here for passport renewal and they walked me through the process.

Like a previous post, the new delivery driver does not bring my packages to my house. I get, held at yacolt post office because the mail box is full. I too am older with a wife that can't drive and needs care 24 hours a day
The last delivery driver would deliver the packages. Yacolt better do something since I pay for this service to be delivered. I think a written letter of complaint to the postmaster general is in order.

I've lived in Yacolt over 25 years and up until the past 6 months or so, have been very happy with the care and service from our local post office. However, our old carrier retired and now the new carrier is apparently unable to bring amazon packages to our house? Our home (and covered front porch) is a stone's throw from the mailboxes but if he can't stuff it all in the box, it is not delivered. The package I expected today is shown as "held by carrier for pickup" in spite of receiving no notice whatsoever in my box. I've already spoken to them earlier this year about failure to deliver and was promised they would speak to the carrier. We are senior citizens and order items for delivery for a reason! I can't be running to the post office all the time because USPS can't seem to deliver packages that are easily delivered by Fedex and UPS.

My Family and I did our passports in February. They were so efficient, knowledgeable, patient and professional. Each of our passports (4) came back without error or any photo re-takes (even a crying toddler). Go get you passports completed here!

Donette was the absolute sweetest! She welcomed us with a huge smile upon entering. Was super sweet with my daughter and offered her a coloring book for entertainment, while the adults dealt with the passport processing. She was so kind throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had. The absolute best service I have EVER received at a Post Office! We would never receive this level of service in our home towns Post Office. The service in the city is the complete opposite from here. Highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back!
