Got an awesome couch but we moved into a new house and that couch came with Bedbugs!! And of course no one can respond
to our phone calls. How upsetting getting Bed bugs into my new home, and now I have to get an exterminator

So they’ll call me twice a day for being one day late on my payment and literally harass me until it’s paid- but my washer has been leaking for days and they can’t answer their phone. I hate these people. They’re garbage.
Edit: they swapped out a washer and charged me a fee when it was covered under warranty. They still continued to call and harass me. Called my husband and myself on blocked numbers. He never received and apology for this harassment and behavior. I gave them their stuff back and reported to the better business bureau. Stay far away from these people.

Manager is rude & dosent know how to keep stay calm & have the patience to explain things in a professional matter instead makes threats to take what I'm almost done paying off. Aaron's is not the same as it was before glade I'm almost done paying off my washer and dryer!

Where do I even start? If I can give this place 0 starts? That is still too many… long story short I called about my dryer going out. The manager said it would take a week for them to come out and replace it ( no problem) they only do deliveries on thrusday and I called on Friday….
So the following Thursday comes around and I call the store and Brenda answers hi Brenda!!!!!! Brenda ( is a rude and very incompetent human being) but I’ll get to that in a second… I work from 6 am- 6 pm Monday - Friday. Brenda tells me that they will be at my house at 7 pm. No PROBLEM! I GET HOME and my neighbor tells me they showed up at 4 pm when I wasn’t home ( or my wife) I call the store . And ask why there was . No communication? Between her and the crew delivering. And asked her why so early when I told her I wouldn’t be home until 7? Her response… was ( sorry I was on lunch and didn’t tell them) and then hangs up the phone on me when I ask why she couldn’t tell the crew I wouldn’t be home until 7 pm? And then I call back and she forwards my call 4 different times….
Completely rude and unnecessary and unacceptable. Avoid at all costs

These people continued to call my family members after I told them not to just cause Im a month behind, then proceeded to act like punks when they have my number,and my address, and when I told them they can take the couch I'm paying off they said that they were just looking for payment. I will be paying them next month. But the fact that they have not called me personally for my payment and continue to call my family is a breach of privacy,and I will be looking into a lawyer

They screwed my husband over after my husband talk to them about a payment and they said they can’t do anything about it on there end apparently to me that’s very unprofessional and we Will never go through them again ever? on top of that, we’ve been going through Aaron’s for a very long time that’s where I got my couches, That’s where I got my fridge from. But after this we will not be getting anything from them because Aaron’s took a payment out ofter my husband talk to them about it and Aaron’s lift us $206.00 something overdrawn in our bank account….Buyers please beware of these people and actually know what your getting yourself into before renting from them..

I ordered my daughter’s bed online when I was at their store in April. They said it’d be there in 2-3 weeks. I waited and waited and waited hoping for the best but, I reached out only to find out the order was cancelled. I was never notified and the store said it was cancelled because I didn’t qualify for it. I more than qualified for it so I called customer support and they told me the store cancelled the order. I re-ordered the bed and waited a couple weeks since I was assured I’d be contacted as soon as it got there. The store never contacted me and told me the phone number on file was disconnected, it’s never been disconnected and they just dialed it wrong. When they were done setting up the furniture, they left without saying a word and took the tools needed to take the furniture apart. They also left a nice set of pliers so I called and let the office know they left an expensive tool and wanted to get it back from them. I also asked if they could bring the tools back but I wasn’t as worried about that as I was about the pliers. The office told me they’d be there the next day and would call the next day before coming. Instead, one of the men came to my house while I wasn’t home with zero notice. My teenager was watching my youngest because I was just running a short errand. So, they literally came within 20 minutes of my phone call, never notified me, and came to the door when there wasn’t a vehicle in the driveway. The customer service was awful. I planned on getting some additional items from them but I’m going to exhaust every other option and will only go through them if it’s literally the only way to make it work. We have an exchange student coming and there are a lot of expenses that come with that, especially furniture, and I don’t know if I can trust them to get the furniture and deliver it on time.

They can't remove old washers or dryers when they come to do installation. We paid late. After our payment was made they showed up after 8pm. Woke the whole house regarding a payment they already had. Should have used rent a center like I did before.
