First time I brought my car here it seemed very professional and a nice place, especially based on reviews. They checked for a noise on my front right tire. About a month later I got my tires done elsewhere and they informed me the last people to work on my tires cross threaded a lug nut and it snapped when they were taking it off, they suggested going back to where I had it done.
I brought my car back to Alpine in for that plus an oil change. They charged me $156 to fix the thing THEY messed on my vehicle. On the write up it also states another screw was stripped. Was going to pay without complaining regardless, because I'm sure they weren't going to take the blame for the damage.
The biggest issue came up when (during this same service) they replaced my headlight bulb without me saying to do so, or getting approval from me before hand. My boyfriend politely said we were not going to pay for a service we didn't approve of (I was going to change the bulb after picking up the car.) Justin got a bit of a huffy attitude/stomping around after that while tossing $25 of my cash back to me and stating that they'll have to remove the headlight then. The total of the service and part was $31.06 so he was reminded of that and he got me my exact change back, politely this time. Completely unreasonable behavior when met with a polite denial of payment for a service we DID NOT approve of. Could not believe the front desk person of a business could act that way.

Every time I have had a vehicle serviced/fixed at Alpine, they have honored the price quoted, the timeline stated and have left my vehicles running so much smoother than before. Courteous service, as well. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful working team. We called on a Thursday and had appointment for the following Tuesday. Had the car there at 8am and was given a ride home. Needed a new alternator and serpentine belt. They called to talk about the belt. We were sent all the checks and balances on the phone.

Was looking for a good and reliable mechanic shop and I think I found it! they were able to get my car in and fixed right away very straight forward and helpful! had a tiny problem a couple days later they had no problem having me bring it in right away to get it fixed! very happy with the service and friendly atmosphere highly recommend this shop

Al & Justin are both very caring and professional
They did everything I ask and I had Daily reports on what was fixed and needed fixed. It was complete in a very timely manner and very affordable. I WILL BE A FOREVER CUSTOMER ?
