Apple Tree Golf Course is a challenging yet enjoyable destination for golfers. Known for its iconic Apple Island Green, the course features a well-designed layout that winds through an apple orchard. While the front nine offers exciting contours and hilly terrain, the back nine is notably easier to navigate. The course is in very good condition, with much more water than anticipated, and the food and service are excellent. Although the driving range could use some improvement, it is suitable for warming up. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff and the inviting atmosphere, which includes a large deck overlooking the course. A visit to Apple Tree is not complete without grabbing a cold, fresh apple from the wooden cooler at the first tee. This course is a must-play in Washington.
Challenging course. Greens seem to be a work in progress. Back 9 plays much easier than the front. Walkable, but the first few holes and last couple are hilly with long treks between holes.
