This location has horrible customer service. They never pick up their phone they close at random hours of the day, attitude from staff is not nearly amongst the best. I walked in once to get help filing a claim and there was only one staff which had her infant with her in the bassinet crying so of course us as customers got the attitude from the mom which was frustrated with her baby. It's a whole mess. I have all my other policies at State Farm (which is 1000x better) the only reason we needed to go through this insurance place is because the model of the car we got was not one that state farm could insure.

I, too, am a client of this place and I left because that place no longer serves the same purpose. I called, left a message and they did not return the calls. I decided to change companies and it was much better for me. Better prices, very good service. Azeguranza freeway

Just to get a quote is like pulling teeth. Did it twice online and never got a call back. Then when you called, can't hardly hear with kids in the back ground. Then called another day and had to leave a message. I finally gave up.

The insurance company I had raised my premium 300 dollars so I went here to find some new insurance they found me insurance at 700 dollars but with the same coverage great people to deal with and knowledgeable.was worth the Trip

They go through different brokers to find you the best deal . Although customer service is not the greatest . Person was distracted, too much background noise .

I've went to pay my bill a few times and they weren't in. Called left messages. Had one returned and one returned but no message left and by that time it was 3 days later when they called back. I had to send my payment by mail so now I'll have a late charge.
