Just put a full tank in and he told me “bathroom is closed”. That’s a lie. I see people coming in and out. Next time go to 76, chevron or shell, they don’t pull this BS.

I don't post reviews or complain often, but I had an interaction with the store manager that left me completely dumbstruck. I tried to purchase an item that has a discount for buying three at a time, and I always buy six. As she rung me up I told her that another Arco location discovered that the discount would calculate differently if each item was scanned in one at a time. She was indignant and beyond offended that I would make any kind of suggestion as to how she does her job, which was not my intent to start. I do not know what sparked her outrage, but I thanked her and told her I would not need anything before exiting the store. I will not be stopping by this location again.

Just went in to buy some Starbucks coffee cans and for 4 of them it rang up 24 dollars. I said wait a minute. How much is each one the cashier said 5.29. I said it shows 4.29 on the shelf which it does. The cashier said he can't do anything about it. That cashier should not be working in customer service areas because he was so rude. I will never go back to ampm again. Ripping people off. Shame on you ampm

Jake the cashier is the best, super friendly and always extremely friendly and helpful. He always makes sure that his customers leave with a smile on their face. Jake always says hello to all of his customers and crack's joke's and creates a friendly and happy atmosphere, no matter what kind of day I'm having when I stop for gas here the rest of the day is always a good day. They need to find more people like Jake he works hard and tries to make sure every customer leaves completely satisfied and happy.
