Had an absolutely terrible experience. Went to sign up for a $45 a month plan with Adriana and ended up with a plan I didn’t sign up for with 2 devices I didn’t own, the bill ended up being $250 a month. When I called to fix it they said the manager would call me in a week or two. They never did, and when I called back I was told to just come in. I drove 2 hours from goldendale to come in and the kid working didn’t help at all, told me I didn’t have to actually come in, and that a manager would call me by end of day. They never did. I called firstnet and they squared me away in 20 minutes over the phone and refunded my money. The entire staff is incompetent and acted indifferent to the fact that I was over billed by almost $200. Don’t trust these people, they are unprofessional,incompetent, and indifferent to others financial losses caused by their incompetence.
