Carlos is a great employee at this store! He helped me when my family needed to upgrade devices. He and his manager had excellent follow through when assisting me with an issue. I would recommend AT&T and specifically this location.

The employee that helped us in the store was incredibly helpful and nice and did a great job. The manager didn't explain things so I could understand them and would just talk louder and faster when I asked questions for clarification. I'm super annoyed because I talked to 4 different at&t people on the phone in the last week, and the employees in the store, and they all told me something different. They all claimed that everybody else was wrong and they actually knew the truth. As far as I can tell, as a new customer to at&t, most employees don't actually know much. This put me in an amazingly frustrating conundrum that can't be solved until next month, and is costing me extra money. So far I am not at all impressed with at&t, it's policies, it's options, or it's ability to properly train, inform, and support it's employees.

my wife and I went to AT&T at 2401 S. 1st St. in Yakima, Washingto, we were met at the front door by Aaron Vazquez and what a gentleman. He was so helpful. He went out of his way to make our situation go away and it was a very complicated one is that. we are so grateful for people like Aaron, and those people who work if that particular AT&T, and we just want to thank him and the rest of the crew for being so wonderful and making a situation that was not so great turn out to be great once again thank you again Aaron. The staff met me at the door listened to my issues and jumped in to help us. Our salesman explained things as he went. Excellent service! Manager followed up with us as he opened the door for us as we left.

As soon as I entered I was approached by a manager who was very friendly and professional. I explained my problem and it was taken care of. I was very happy with the outcome and will return for any other purchases.

My mother in-law had Verizon. She needed a new phone and after waiting for over 40 minutes we were greeted by the sales associate that basically rolled his eyes at us after we told him we needed a very simple phone, was so rude! I immediately walked next to AT&T and ask if we could add her to my plan and was greeted by 2 sales associate’s upon walking in. Alex assisted us and was so helpful in saving us money and providing the best options for a new phone. I have been with AT&T for over 20 years and will remain due to the helpful sales associate’s!!

We had the most awesome service on 12/30/2023 from Elena. She was efficient, kind, respectful and explained everything thoroughly when we asked her questions. We ended up purchasing a different phone than what we originally considered, and this was because Elena was sensitive enough to find out what we really needed. She also was training Julianna, and a great learner! I’m confident she will be excellent, given how responsive she was to Elena! What a great team Elena is building!
