Heather and Caleb are awesome. We were struggling with a new phone and we took it into the selah store they had us up and going within a matter of minutes. They were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

I went to get a upgrade for my phone and instead they opened me up a new line, and then told me I couldn't cancel for 3 months. After 3 months I came back to cancel and the said I had to call 611. They lady i explained the situation too said that I had 15 days and they should have just canceled it. But instead I paid almost 100 bucks month for 3 months. I thought id save time by coming to the selah location but it cost me 300 bucks nearly!!

Frustrating.I walked into this store on Monday with an S8 cracked screen and was happy to do the trade-in under the promotional "any phone, any condition" My options were the S23 per the associates (4 associates handled the S8 and saw the condition of it before moving on with the trade in) I paid the $66 in taxes and walked out of the store happy. The very next day, Tuesday, I returned with my S8 ( I wanted to transfer everything to from the S8 to the S23 and then factory reset it) to complete the trade in. I was informed at this same AT&T store by a different person that they would not honor the agreement promotion "TRADEOFFER23" from the day prior and I had 3 choices. 1. Pay installment with not credit of trade in 2. Return the phone and pay 55 restocking fee. 3. Go on Facebook or Craigslist and buy an S8 or newer from online to compete the trade. The associate on the floor literally was giggling when she was giving me my "options". So unprofessional and Matt the manager was at one point on the phone with her. All she kept saying was "Im not going to lie to you but that all you have left, the options" I walked out of there almost in tears. I couldn't believe what was happening. I would NOT have walked out on Monday with an S23 if I would have known my S8 wouldn't meet the "Any Condition" standards.

Not very happy with the Selah store. Went in at 4 in the afternoon to make a payment today 01/12/23 Thursday and the place was locked up tight. The dude sitting in the car reading magazines and smoking his vap looked like an employee but who really knows. The store is supposed to be open till 7.
