Javier was incredibly friendly, professional, and not pushy at all! He helped us narrow down to a car my daughter could afford and Augustin made the financing aspect a lot less of a stressful experience! They were willing to fix some issues found on the car without me having to even ask! They pride themselves on being a reputable car lot that stands behind the vehicles they sell! They want their customers to be happy and recommend them to others! This is an honest, respectful small company that makes you feel at home in what often is a stressful experience! Writing this review to highlight Roger at auto city. To say that he went above and beyond to guide and help me through this process of finding and purchasing my truck is an understatement. His attentiveness in listening to my needs and concerns were on point, always made sure I felt comfortable in my decision making. He never pressured or pouched in any way. I went in looking for a Safe Family Car, that would keep its value and not leave me in a financial hole. Adli and the rest of the team were very helpful and got me what I needed. Left with a 2021 Subaru Forester Sport that has lower miles, clean carfax, 0 recalls, and 1 owner that kept up on maintenance.
They also got me an amazing percentage rate and a comfortable monthly payment including warranty and gap insurance. The vehicle is in amazing shape and I know it will take care of my family and me! I recommend them if you’re looking for non pushy sales associates that don’t want to take advantage of you, but want to truly help you.
