I paid for a 15 dollar supreme wash. No soap whatsoever came out and the car was still dirty. Don’t waste your money.

Gas pumps took all my cash, and instead of dispensing gas it said transaction was canceled and I needed to see attendant for a refund. There was no attendant. Went back in the morning, and still no attendant. Have made 5 phone calls at this point, and no resolution/call back. I lost my debit card and am waiting on replacement, so they literally took all the money I had access to, left my tank on empty, and thus far won’t even answer/return a call.
Update: called a total of 9 times (left 8 voicemails) and never did get a call back. Ended up having to leave work early to try and catch someone in person. As of now, there’s not a single sign that they ever had any intention of returning my money of I hadn’t taken the step of leaving work to go track someone down. Zero effort whatsoever to make it right.

If I could give this place no stars I would!!!!!! I bought the monthly went through should have learned my lesson the 1st time but didn’t. The car wash tore the back wiper arm the arm cover and the wiper blade off twice now. No call back from the manager at all and 85 bucks to replace it. The staff is super unprofessional as well. WHAT EVER YOU DO DONT TAKE YOUR CAR INTO THIS CAR WASH. Fair warning here

I paid 15 for a deluxe wash. Bird crap remained on my windshield, and dirty spots still remained as well, especially around the whole bottom trim. I used to get my car washed here regularly, and they had one or 2 people hand drying cars when you came out. They offer you a towel now. Lol. Never again.

** I drive a ‘24 VW Tiguan and it gets clean** but.. Auto Spa…. That’s the second time I’ve gone through the tunnel wash off 72nd and went to dry my car only to find that the space between the body of my car and my trunk door is covered in soap and dripping soap everywhere… am I going through the wrong wash? Not exactly what I want to see when I open my trunk. Also thank god I saw it cause it could mess up the mechanical part of my trunk if I didn’t notice it….

Not worth the money! First time and fortunately the last time. Went through the "soft touch" lane. It is anything but a soft touch and never even touched the back of the truck, leaving it completely filthy.

Let's see...the vacuums either have terrible suction, hoses are broken or the machine doesn't read your card most of the time i go here. Then there's the self serve car wash. Noticed if you get the $4 or $6 wash, for a quick cleanup, the water is dirty. Have had sometimes with the $8 also. More times than not the spot-free rinse doesn't work at all. This chain is a joke.
