Good guys, they repaired my truck with substantial damage many years ago in 2018 and did a good job with it, the work has held up nicely. Today, I came in for a warranty repair on some trim and badging starting to peel off due to the glue tape failing with age and they replaced it all promptly at no charge and were nice about it. Five stars, thank you!

I took my BMW to Autocraft and they provided excellent customer service and the rep Robert Ramos did an outstanding job. He made sure I was updated timely from start to finish I would highly recommend this shop.

They’re suppose to provide a service with efficiency. Did not bother to place my bed on my truck correctly. Every time I drive over a small dent on the road it’s constantly slapping.

Exceptional service and reasonable cost of labor. I had a damaged driver's side mirror that desperately needed to be replaced and they fixed it perfectly. Zane the technician came out and gave great insight into what had taken place and now I want to come back for maintenance on other compromised parts of my car since im gifting it to my son soon! I'm glad I found this place.

I brought my vehicle here to have the alignment and frame checked after an accident. The body shop had already installed a brand new bumper. The technicians here removed the bumper, broke the clips off, then sloppily glued it back on, so now my new bumper is falling off. Additionally, they said they would only need the car for a few hours, then kept it the entire day. Upon reviewing my dash cam, they had been joyriding around town and using it as a personal vehicle to get food at Taco Bell and run errands. They also took paperwork out of my glovebox, including my Discover Pass, then said they did not have the paperwork when I asked for it back. Incredibly unprofessional behavior.

In December my girlfriends mom took my vehicle to teach my girlfriend how to drive. My girlfriends mom skimmed my bumper against a Karen's back right tire at 2 miles a hour in a Walmart parking lot. There were 3 visible scratches done to the vehicle from my car. This shop charged the insurance company 4100$ for a job that has been estimated by 13 different repair shops (6 of which within 20 miles of them) to be between 500 and 1100$. They either saw a easy cash grab or they are related to this individual that brought the vehicle in. So. To sum it up. This shop is GREAT if you want to suck money out of someone's insurance company. But AWFUL if you have any morals what so ever.

Someone ran into my parked truck. The drivers insurance company (Allstate) recommend this shop. I never have good experiences with mechanics and body shops. I was super surprised. They finished it a day early. The work looks flawless. They warranty the work. The staff was easy to talk to. They even washed my truck for me. I dont see how it could have gone any better.
Thanks Autocraft.

The staff are warm and welcoming. The reception area is clean and tidy. The estimator was efficient, polite, and to the point. I felt welcomed. The restroom is located through the shop and be aware the mechanics do smoke cigarettes so if you have breathing problems, use caution. There is limited parking.

UPDATE 6/15/2024: The business reached out to me through google reviews asking me to contact them so they can address the concerns. With some hesitation I called them and scheduled them to fix the issues to the fender and swirls on the drivers side door. I have added photos of the re-work, anything that looks like an issue in the new photos are just reflection of clouds as the clear coat is like glass. The work took less then five days and they really did a good job this time around. The issues are completely repaired and the three panels they worked on (both drivers side doors and front fender) are now the nicest looking panels on the car. I'm glad I took it back to them and gave them the opportunity to make things right.
PREVIOUS REVIEW
My wife's car got a small door ding last spring (on driver side rear door) on her 2011 Subaru Impreza (owned since new). The repair was done through the other parties insurance (USAA) in June 2023. The car was completed with swirl marks all over the front driver's side door and the paint was burned through on the bottom of the door body line and front driver's side fender, right in front of the mirror (see pictures). I noticed the swirls immediately so I took a picture but I figured maybe it was normal, assured by a lifetime guarantee, and would go away with a few washes. I didn't notice the burn through marks at this time, wasn't really looking or concerned and mostly focused on the swirls. We washed the car last weekend and noticed the swirls where still in the clear coat and this is when we also noticed the burn through marks on the fender. I went back to Autocraft and the manager said they could fix the swirl marks (no charge) as they just didn't do the final finish but explained to me that they didn't touch the fender (he showed me distent pictures of the work in progress on the front and rear door, mirror removed) and the damage was likely done by a poor detail job with a DA, and mentioned some detail place on 1st then proceed to tell me he does't bad mouth other companies. He assured me that they are professionals and would never do that. I have pictures of the car without the burn marks just months before the work was done (they also took a lot of pictures before work was done, but didn't show me those). I know 100% that the burn through on the fender was done at their shop, he is just as confident that it was done by somebody else, even suggested it could be from a car wash when I told him it couldn't be from a detail job. There is no other explanation, I know the cars history and it was likely washed only twice since the work was done. This is an old daily driver that in the last 10 years doesn't get washed much let alone detailed. The only reason why we had the ding fixed was it was covered by the other peoples insurance, if they would have left without notifying us I assure you the ding would still be in the door. I brought it back to them now because I figured it wasn't a big deal, they would fix it and that would be that. The issues are actually hard to notice unless the car is clean and in good lighting like in the sun. I haven't decided if i'm going to have them fix the swirls, I'm still shocked that they blamed the fender burn on some mystery person with a DA, an auto car wash, or waxing it in the sun (all suggested possibilities). My wife doesn't seem to mind much but for some reason this situation upsets me. If this were to happen again I would not use Autocraft, they are probably fine with that too. Writing this I noticed the difference in taking responsibly between the people that damaged the car and the ones that worked on fixing it.
