This place is professional. They did a difficult repair on my Prius and charged me $1,000 less than the Toyota dealership quoted me. They have a two year warranty on parts and labor, which tells you the quality of work they do. This is no mom and pop shop. I will definitely come back here if my Prius needs more work!

I had a nightmare experience when my fuel pump in my Mercedes went out on Thanksgiving, but I had the pleasure of speaking with Cody, who made everything so much easier. He got my vehicle in right away, confirmed diagnosis walked me through the entire process, and even offered prices better than the dealer. Despite some unexpected complications, Cody still honored the original price, and I’m truly grateful for that. Their text of the inspection report is an outstanding feature that keeps you fully updated on the status of your vehicle as well as their guarantee on labor and parts gives me even more peace of mind. I’ll definitely be returning if I need anything else done!

I went to Toyota and had them service my car. They left a rag under the hood which caused my car to catch fire. Toyota said there was no damage but I came here to get a 3rd party to look at it. Cody was super nice and looked at the car and confirmed that it looked like there was no damage. I’m super lucky that was the case. Toyota brushed me off after seeing there was no damage. That was due to the two nice people that put the rag out so quickly! Super grateful for Cody taking the time to help me out!!

I recently took my car to AutoMetrics for some complex computer-related work, the parking brake system needed attention, the brake fluid needed changing, and a camera issue was preventing my cruise control from working. The team at AutoMetrics diagnosed everything quickly and explained the repairs clearly. Not only did they get everything working perfectly, but their pricing was better than the dealer for the same work. They even gave me a ride home while my car was being serviced, which was a huge help. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here for any future service needs. Highly recommended!

I have been a customer since they were located in Union Gap. I have always taken my German cars to them (MB, BMW, Audi). They diagnose, not just replace parts. I have never had to go back for something that was repaired. The strongest endorsement l can give them is my ongoing trust in their service.

I just picked up my Mercedes today from Autometrics after they were able to correctly identify the heating/cooling issues with my car. The whole process was top notch to include upfront diagnosis cost and both text and emailed updates complete with pictures, diagnosis, and options to fix. This was the first time ever getting work done here and I will be a customer for life. The staff are all super nice and take the time to explain and listen. Thank you so Much - Steve
