Karla did an amazing job helping us get the parts we needed, she was polite and respectful. Later returned due to a mouse chance from other AZ in town we returned to the West Valley location and Karla and Angel went above and beyond to help us find the part we were hunting for. This is now our go to parts store.

Worst customer service! Multiple times I’ve gone in and received no help. Employees just stare at me and expect me to have the answers. Other locations are helpful. Ace spent 10 minutes trying to help me with what I wanted, but autozone employees didn’t move.

I had a disappointing experience with Rosi. When I asked a simple question, her response was overly exaggerated and rude. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, she acted as though she could handle everything without any need for input, which came off as dismissive and unhelpful. Customer service should be about listening and assisting, not making the customer feel uncomfortable.

Brand new store and all the employees are sitting around on their phones and have their boyfriends hanging out. Watching dbz on phone and no experience with cars or products to verify information.

I was looking for frion for my car. Did not know autozone does not sell r134a…but ileana and Rosi pointed me in the right direction to get my car serviced. I also took an oil change special! Fast & Friendly service. Will be recommending to friends and family.
