Every time I come in - I’m met with rude bank tellers . Either change the culture in this bank location or get new employees .

I had a terrible experience with their mortgage department. They did not contact me to tell me that my payment was late after I had moved and they did not phone me now I have a blemish on my credit. I've never had a late payment before or since and they will do nothing to correct it I do not recommend them

I have banked at Banner for 15 years. The customer service has always been amazing!! Jackie at banner is my go-to gal, she is friendly and always VERY helpful!
