Poor Customer Service here. The employee at the desk hides behind her computer trying not to make eye contact with all the customers in line. Then when I finally get to a teller, turns out I need the person behind the desk. Frustrating!

The girl behind the counter helped 2 people in front of me was completely rude and belittling. When I approached she was just as awful to me. Very very very bad customer service- just a awful way to be.

Sandy and her team are wonderful! It seems like most banks have forgotten how to treat clients like people instead of dollar signs; Banner has not. My parents have banked here for years and I have seen up close and personal how kind and helpful they are. Thanks Sandy!!

Was great while I lived in Washington. Turned into a nightmare as soon as I left the state. They made it impossible to put money in my account from anywhere else, including online applications like Facebook and Venmo. Unable to make deposits, my account became negative and was eventually canceled. Even now I was told the only way to settle my old account is to send in a cashier's check because they refuse to take any form of payment over the phone. My credit has taken a hit because of this banks inability to handle customer service outside of Washington. And they refuse to reverse the over drafts they caused by not allowing me access to my account outside of Washington. DO NOT BANK HERE.

I made a mistake on my account and ended up with an overdraft charge of $30 for a $5 debit charge. I went in and spoke to the personal banker to see if they would drop the charge. I even offered to put $200 into the account so this wouldn't happen again. The personal banker wouldn't drop the charge, wouldn't negotiate, wouldn't discuss. So I cancelled my account. I need a bank to work with me, not just use my money

Nice to have a branch this side of town , small parking lot. Kind of hard to get in or out of it sometimes when traffic is heavy. I kind of wish they relocate near nob hill blvd.

Banner bank switched me from a Visa debit card to a Mastercard debit card. Went to get cash out and accidentally typed in the pin for the old card a couple of times before I remembered I had a new card/pin. ATM won't accept new pin and locked me out of the account for "to many wrong pin entries." A phone call to the number on the card was no help. They said they couldn't do anything and didn't know how to fix it. "It might reset at midnight, it might not" NOT. A happy customer right now, may start looking for a new bank on Monday.
